I have no hard feelings towards Timelord, despite hand baseless accusations.

But it seems absurd to me that in the last six posts he wrote, 5 were warnings or accusations against me!

This situation, although I try to ignore it, has become obnoxious because wherever I write this subject it comes to throw accusations against me.

:-\He gave a merit to a scammer / spammer ( ps34) only because posted against me! He is out of mind. Really , i I am afraid of this person and his madness

I'm just afraid he'll leave me more incomprehensible feedback

Here's another one for all to decipher, a neutral trust he just left me:

You want something independent from your husband so you're looking for a retard online. No collateral, no loan.

Except you don't actually mean that or you wouldn't be lending to HedgeFX (sly wink) now would you?

HedgeFX isn't a brand new account that joined the forum a week ago. Try and grab onto thicker branches if you can find those or drown like you did before.

Yes I realize its just a neutral and its meaningless anyway, but I'm trying to understand how the post is "racist." The metaphor made by alterra57 hasn't the slightest thing to do with race.

Pretty sure he's just mad that I said this:

Your fixation on this member is, once again, borderline psychotic.

to which he responded:

And yet you continue to Troll me in my threads...  Roll Eyes

I'll answer it here since it'd be highly off-topic to do so in the original thread: I'm not trolling you, I'm either pointing out flaws in your alt detection methodology or standing up for accounts you are picking on with your weird, unfounded accusations.

Additionally, asking for transaction IDs involving loans that have nothing to do with you is just poor taste, as is meddling in the affairs of lenders in general.

I won't be commenting further given the racist comments made in similar threads.
How can a comment be racist if all we know about you is your nickname?

So if Timelord2067 isn't on DT at the moment, what exactly is the problem here?  It sounds to me like the other DT members have done their part in suppressing his potentially damaging feedbacks, and that says to me that the system (however broken or imperfect it might be) is functioning as it should.
Agreed. Timelord2067's feedback is far from DT, as it should be.

I'm just afraid he'll leave me more incomprehensible feedback:

One of the most excluded DT1 selected members?
Sorry If I didn't get you right, but he is not even on DT. So how did you come up with the conclusion that he is on DT1
Mostly he gets into the selection when the update is coming from theymos for the Default Trust 1 , but getting instant out of it of the lot of exclusions from all the other DT members.

I also agree with Little Mouse's statement about giving a negative vs. excluding someone from your trust list in a case like Timelord2067.  If my memory serves me correctly (and it may not), before I wiped my trust list clean and left it with just ~DT, I had Timelord2067 excluded.
Yes Little Mouse has get it on point how and why should be doing things and get handeld from the DT Members.
In my opionen the DT Members doing there things as it should be.

My opinion is that he has good intentions as far as helping the forum goes, but he tends to see connections between members/accounts that sometimes are preposterous--and he's left enough questionable or flat-out wrong feedback for people that he probably ought to be excluded from DT on any level, indefinitely.  And it's not that I don't like him, either.  We've exchanged friendly PMs in the past, but being on the DT list gives a member a significant amount of power over others, and that power should be used judiciously.
He has some good intentions when it comes to Forum related things with members/accounts and stuff.
But he mostly act to fast and personal with his Feedback that he give and has given.
On top on that he has some Users that he dont like , and a lot of Users dont know some backround story from the past of him , thats why he is on my distrust List.

Statistically he's historically one of the most excluded DT1 selected members on here last I calculated (see total exclusions data).
One of the most excluded DT1 selected members?
Sorry If I didn't get you right, but he is not even on DT. So how did you come up with the conclusion that he is on DT1

A better way to phrase this is probably most excluded DT1 eligible member. I used the word selected as the data I referenced is based on Timelord's selection as DT1, as opposed to overall DT exclusions. Bare in mind someone can be selected as DT1 from the lottery, but due to exclusions not be on DT. Hope that explains it for you.

He's qualified to become DT1 member because there are 10 users trust him, he also met some other requirements e.g. active. But currently he's not in DT because there are more users distrust him than the users that trust him.

Close.. He's not on DT because more DT members have excluded him from their trust list than have included him. If you take a look at the list of people he is currently trusted vs. distrusted by, you'll see he is trusted by 7 DT members and distrusted by 15 DT members.

Even closer, but not quite. He's included by 7 DT1 members and excluded by 14 DT1 members, as one DT1 selected member isn't on DT (1 DT1) so their vote isn't counted while Timelord isn't selected as DT1. There are otherwise more DT members (DT2) that have included/excluded, but aren't relevant to why Timelord isn't on DefaultTrust right now.

I think it's related with retaliation or personal hate feedback, some DT members will give negative feedback to those accounts with trust abuse as the reason.

Yes that's true, sometimes DT members do this, but it shouldn't be done unless there's an explanation provided for how the trust abuse renders the account "high risk" for trading with.

Maybe you should know what you get when you complain about Timelord2067 - I've had that happen myself in the past. Her contributions to this forum are highly respected - but I just don't like the way she has tagged me in the past. In fact he was able to easily add one additional tag only after I complained and asked the community about whether his actions were justified.

I have no personal sentiments with him even since I have 2 neutral tags from him - but wait, Timelord2067 is still excluded from DT. However - I don't think tagging him with counter-feedback would be worth it in cases of users send inaccurate trust feedback. You can ignore him if it bothers you or add him to your distrust list.

Is this guy really untouchable here?

I'm curious to know why DT members didn't take any action on his case.

While other DT fast to put red trust committed by other who do small mistakes.

Just to provide some context here, Timelord2067 is far from "untouchable". If anything the opposite is true.

Statistically he's historically one of the most excluded DT1 selected members on here last I calculated (see total exclusions data).

So to say that other DT members don't take action simply isn't true, last I checked he's still excluded from DT for the very reason of leaving inaccurate trust feedback, so I wouldn't really worry about it. He has more than enough neutral feedback left surrounding his feedback and/or behaviour. He doesn't deserve negative feedback either imo as trust feedback abuse isn't exactly worthy of being tagged as a scammer.

Overall, I'd say he's one of those users to simply ignore and move on. If he really bothers you then add to your distrust list.

The only thing that really surprises me is how many DT members still trust his feedback really  Huh

Cue: being labeled as a troll by Timelord

although Little Mouse gave a complete answer, here I will try to explain as a DT member (at least at this moment). Should I mention that this is my personal opinion, and it does not have to be the opinion of all other DT members?

First, Timelord2067 already has some negative marks, so your theory about untouchability falls away.
You have already received an explanation of when and why a red trust is left, and it is obvious that Timelord did not harm or hint that he could be part of the fraud. As far as I know, he generously participated in some donations, so from that aspect I believe that green feedback is more suitable.

For his erroneous interpretation in the case you mentioned, he was obviously adequately "punished" excluding by many members and DT selection.

If we moved the criterion of negative tagging as you suggest, then some of the DT members could also interpret your appeal as a potential for a negative tag, because you are asking for an excessive and inadequate punishment for someone.

Obviously, such cases were better investigated and clearer evidence was presented. You are free to state if you think that someone is lightly red-tagged.

Your keys, your responsibility
I'm curious to know why DT members didn't take any action on his case.

What action do you expect?
DT members can't withdraw feedbacks sent that isn't their own, it is the business of both parties feedback giver and receiver to resolve the dispute.
As far as I've seen as a last resort, a DT member give positive scores as opposed to prior negative feedback from others.

Red trust or the trust system is supposed to be used for evaluating trading risk. You must understand the difference between the feedback and trust list. If you had done a little research, maybe you have learned the difference. For better understanding- LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system

1. Give feedback to someone- To express the risk of dealing with an account. Positive means less risky, negative means very much risky while neutral is self-explanatory.
2. Include someone on your trust list if you trust their judgment (feedback).
3. Exclude someone from your trust list if you distrust their judgment.

In this case, if someone red tags Timelord, it will be abuse. Instead, DT should exclude him from their trust list if they also think what you have accused is true.
