This first campaign lasts for one month. You don't need to re-join each week.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Twitter gives you approx 140 characters to work with, so you can tweet
whatever you like, as long as every tweet meets the following criteria:
- it must be something good about Rollin.io
- it must contain #1BitcoinDice
- it must contain a link to http://rollin.io (using your referral URL if you have one is okay too)
