Joe asked me to leave a feedback after participating in one of his campaigns. I’m my opinion he manages campaigns trustworthy and pays the promised amount. I would be happy to see him deliver more well managed campaigns to the community!

Joe is a great campaign manager who is very responsive and very precise but always fair to everyone. He provides a professional service and manages everything transparently and reliably.

Nice work and over your years of experience, it's a good time to start up your career. But, I'll want to ask a question.
If you are able to find out and trace every cheaters in the campaign that wants to outsmart the system, how about the projects that are being worked for? These campaigns (mostly the bounties) that come these days ends up not being alive after the campaign or ends up scamming the participants and the manager of it's bounty. And you said that you go underground to make your investigations about the project, what if they show forth nice, and having their inner ill act. This is mostly found in the bounties though, if it's for signature, they know they'll face the result which does not really ends well.
Congratulations for your past records of clean sheets, it's not really easy to keep, and I wish you more quality campaigns, and hope to work with you some day.

Our project has recently had some setbacks and Joe has been great in his response to the situation. I don't think any team wants to have to come out and say something like that but it is true. He has been extremely understanding and I can personally vouch for his services. He went above and beyond with our graphics and handled aspects of our campaign that we were less knowledgeable about than after we began working with him.

Some of the projects I handled doesn't want the rewards to be escrowed, sometimes you will immediately know whether they can be trusted or not. There are times that the project is shady and I do ask them to escrow the payment.
A good way to make sure the projects are legit or not.Yes, if it looks untrustable, better to check them deeply. And just avoid cooperating if having something suspicious.
You do the right way when you ask to escrow the payment. This makes a bit safe to guarantee participants' rewards (payments).
So far all the projects that I handled are legit and they all pay the participants.
Nice to hear this.Many new projects just disappear after the bounty ended. If all the projects that their bounties you ever managed paid all participants successfully, it indicates you have a great ability to choose the right projects.

Nice efforts. True, to find out the cheaters on bounty participants we need to check the spreadsheet manually and carefully. Although it probably cannot remove all cheaters, it can eliminate most of them. But, how is your strategy to avoid scammers of the project owners? You must know there are too many new projects that turned to be scams. After the bounty ends, they don't send payments for participants. Do you always escrow the payments?
I do background check that's necessary of course, you don't want to promote a Ponzi scheme or any other scam projects. Some of the projects I handled doesn't want the rewards to be escrowed, sometimes you will immediately know whether they can be trusted or not. There are times that the project is shady and I do ask them to escrow the payment.
So far all the projects that I handled are legit and they all pay the participants.

I saw on the thread, one of the reasons to hire you is safe from cheaters. How do you guarantee that you are safe from cheaters? Cheaters are very annoying and almost impossible to stop them. It is cool if you really have a trick to avoid cheaters. I hope you don't mind explaining it to us.
I do spend a lot of time checking manually, If you're going to take a look at the spreadsheet of my campaigns there's a lot of cheaters that I've caught, though we all know that some cheaters can't really be caught and some cheaters changed their strategy from time to time, if you handle the spreadsheet you will notice all the exploits they are doing. Also, some participants help me to find cheaters and in return I give them extra stake.
Other than that, I'm pretty strict with the rules that's why on every form that I have there's an agreement whether they do accept the campaigns terms and condition.
