Another good reason to switch to btc: no restrictions in comparison to using banks Cheesy
unless you want to buy btc with a bank card or the other way around, but i do agree Cheesy

I would think that it does not. If you click on register, you get to a page where you input information. A ToS is usually located prior to that page.
Aside from the list of rules in the Meta section, there isn't really anything else.

No, there is not. I'm actually surprised that people actually want to input their real date of birth when registering. You can input anything you want (including this forum and other websites). This forum doesn't even have email verification. In other words, you can register without any (real) information about yourself.

well i was thinking of including my younger friends. i am 20 years old but i wanna introduce this to them but im afraid if they make an account, they might be required to input there birthdate. i need come clarification. thanks a lot.

if you are talking about making an account here, i dont think there is a age restriction, i myself only turned 18 a few weeks ago Cheesy
