When you use pc i recommend that use hotvpn or hotspot shield, on android i prefer psiphon I'm using it in almost a year so it's your choice it's all about your taste but this vpn that i recommend has a very fast proxy

Why not learn something new and install yourself your own VPN on a VPS or a OVH kimsufi?

i recommend psiphon 3 on pc or android it helps you to give free internet and its easy to use just search on google and ip of your network and also port but need patient because its not easy to connect.

so far if the use vpn required for a need I'm only using CyberGhost. I've tried various types of vpn and I think CyberGhost is vpn a nice, simple and safe for use on personal computers.
Try NordVPN and ExpressVPN, I think that's good vpn.
