Ppl can earn money from signature campaign. It is easy to do business in this forum if their accounts has high trust feedback. So the high level accounts have value attached to them. So ppl are demanding them. It is nearly impossible to ban account trading here. It should be worth 0BTC as selling accounts shouldn't be allowed.

you shouldn't that site is overestimating the value, especially now that account are far less important, signature isn't strong enough like it was some weeks/months ago
i would follow the simple rule of 100k satoshi per activity, if the account has not any positive trust and his post history are decent

It depends on what people is willing to pay. Last time I checked, 1 Hero account was more than 1 BTC, I saw some selling for something like 1.12 BTC. Legendary should be higher.
