Not a bad one, but I was looking to see a faucet, so it would be as easy for anyone to have first hand test of how your site really works without having to deposit first and an incentive to attract players to your site. In that case, the minimum bet would have to be lowered because a faucet of 100k Satoshi would be out of this world.
I think idea is very interesting but bet value is too high. Most gamblers don't have money to make bet with 2.5$ every minute.
What should be the optimal amount?
There should be few pools, one for small players, one for medium players and one for big players, for example 10K satoshi, 100K satoshi and 0.01BTCHow often should the bets be opened? 1 Minute, 10 minute etc..
Time is ok. 
0.001 is definitely big compared to the Bitcoin rates right now for a fun game like this. Anyways signed up, will send my ID to the specified email for the weekly lottery. Will be posting bugs if I find any.

And 0.001 BTC per bet is a bit much I think. Maybe you should make multiple betting slots with different amounts.
