Got beaten in ranking? Yes, it's possible. But ranking is just a number and you can't take that as a measure to actually determine which coins are the best.

Will the Binance coin (BNB) defeat Ethereum? I do not think so. Ethereum is a platform that has been used by many people.
Every month there is always a new ICO that uses Ethereum.
This, of course, will make Ethereum users will grow.

The future is often unpredictable but I think BNB is still much better than ETH. In fact, BNB has remained the most stable rising coin during the past year and the demand for investment in this coin is increasing day by day. There's nothing impossible in crypto, maybe you are a real fanboy of ETH because you don't see that possibility.

No doubt binance is growing nicely and it has even been obtaining licenses to operate locally in many countries which is very encouraging to see with regards to a crypto project and this also indicates that world is slowly started to accept the importance of crypto projects, regarding the comparison between bnb and eth i think i will agree with the point that as soon as eth network improves its network to a faster and cheaper one then eth will adapt quickly and there will not be any stopping, bnb also has good potential but still it is a privately owned and controlled project where as Eth network is one of the most decentralized project around and its scope of features and work is huge when compared to binance.

Just take a fact Binance-fanboy, Binance won't beat Ethereum anytime later even in afterlife. That's impossible to actually beat Ethereum even Binance is so hype right now.

Although Ethereum suffers a lot last month but it's still a piece of cake for Ethereum to recover like what we are experiencing right now.

The truth is that the exchange giant is growing every day and I have discovered they have always found a way of implementing the use of the BNB as part of any business they create making the demand for the coin to continue to increase and this is exactly what happened last year during the DEX last year. There was great demand for the binance coin. Most time when new project is listed on the platform launchpad, the major requirement for investing is always BNB coin which always drag the price upward. I believe if the binance keep developing and finding way to continue the increase usage of BNB, they the coin might overtake ETH one day

The difference between ethereum and binance chain is the simple fact that binance has the exchange to back it up, ethereum doesn't. Now ethereum is a bigger coin, been the second ranking coin for a long time with only a small stint at third place, which means it is still loved and cherished, I do hope that will continue for years to come because I see a lot of greatness in ethereum.

However, when you do a coin offering with ethereum, you still need to make sure your coin will eventually get listed somewhere, if you are a coin that got good funding then you can pay the exchanges to list you as well but still all depends on what you will do with the money. Whereas if you are a binance chain type of coin with IEO, that means you will be listed right away and will be able to buy/sell quickly. That is a huuuuge difference.

Few products launched by Binance like it's DEX and Launchpad were over hyped and now they are struggling. If you go to Binance DEX there is hardly any traffic. Few projects on Launchpad did not succeed to raise funds.

Ethereum on the other had isn now concentrating more on shifting from POW to POS consensus and targetting big corporations to adopt it's Blockchain.

In my opinion Ethereum will remain the second most valuable cryptocurrency for a long time.

Ethereum is still a popular platform besides Bitcoin. In addition, it seems that the Binance DEX hype is starting to fade and many new projects are still using ethereum networks. Binance in my opinion is good in developing and building BNB Coin and I think I have a chance to defeat Ethereum even though in my opinion it takes a long time. Ethereum is already known as a business platform while BNB Coin is still known as a coin to reduce transaction fees on the Binance platform.

Crypto world is a world of competition. Very much possible for BNB to beat ETH. ETH of cause beat down some coins or tokens when it became popular. Nobody can really say though but let's keep our fibers crossed and keep watching what will happen in the next bull.

I agree with you. ETH and BNB are always good choices for investors, so many people will surely hold these coins in the long term. However, I feel Ethereum has more potential because this coin has a lot of big partners and upcoming Ethereum 2.0 will be launched and it will be a good time to witness the new growth of this coin.

yes indeed binance is a worthy opponent of ethereum but personally i don't think he will ever be able to replace it, it is true that it is growing in value but out of the scope, out of the binance network/sites is little used instead ethereum and its blockchain are used by really many ico and new projects...

what you say is the same as my perception that in the crypto world it could all happen. but it also has to be realistic in seeing the situation, because after all ethereum is still the best and it's not easy to be able to shift. BNB is good and might try to look their best, but will ethereum also not look the same as BNB? obviously ethereum will still continue to be the best on altcoin.
