Bitcoin is open for all and the ones who want to use it must have full knowledge about the cryptocurrency system. Little knowledge may prove to be really dangerous in case of cryptocurrencies. The main thing that invites more people towards Bitcoin is the advanced level of security it offers. Due to the blockchain technology being used in Bitcoin, it cannot be counterfeited, hacked, change or manipulated.

It would be hard for people who are not interested in technology to learn about bitcoin. Especially those people who are not computer literate. To earn bitcoin, you must have at least a little knowledge about computer, because without it, there's no way you can earn bitcoin.

I believe that bitcoin can be used by everyone it doesn't matter who you are as long as they have a wifi and a gadget, actually when i'm in school i'm just using a phone in earning bitcoin through posting because i'm joining signature campaigns. One doesn't need to invest or something. There's other way they can just join in signature campaigns to earn bitcoin.

common things in different shops is not available for all the people, citizens in developed countries can do that
but the rest of us need to wait for that. I am convinced that this will be possible in whole world one day, we

Yes! They definitely can use Bitcoin. Why wouldn't they? Because it becomes more and more expensive? It's not a good reason to stop people from buying Bitcoin. The rich has already a lot of money. Bitcoin isn't exclusive to a certain group of people. Anyone who are willing to learn and earn are welcome it's just a matter of understanding how it works. If you are dedicated and a risk taker who wish to try btc you may do so. It doesn't matter if you're an IT specialist, a software engineer, a salesman, artist, or anyone who has no clue about technology as long as you are willing to adapt it.
First of all I don't know how you categories Ordinary Citizens.
In my Opinion any one can use Bitcoin.
Basic thing is they should have the On line access to them which is must to make transaction.
Lot of country now realizing the need of on line transaction and they are willing to do the necessary requirement in their country for easy access.
If we have Internet connection to everyone for sure every citizens can use BITCOIN.
In most of the countries in this world. I can say that they have thie internet connection that is one of the most required in order to get into bitcoin and yes, all of the ordinary citizens can use bitcoin but it is all depending to them if they are going to create a bitcoin wallet and use bitcoin or just ignore it since it is just an online item.In my Opinion any one can use Bitcoin.

Anyone can use and even produce bitcoin and not regard profession or education. As long connected to internet, it has potential to recognize bitcoin.
