Yes, Bitcoin can be used by ordinary people without any issue. They need only to learn a little bit about it and getting some knowledge. Yes, I think every one can use bitcoin. What important is they have knowledge about computer and technology and they're interested to it. I've met a lot of people who wanted to earn but isn't even interested on bitcoin. There are also some people who would like to know about bitcoin but couldn't even use computer.
For me, bitcoin will not be used by ordinary citizens, due to the technical things of bitcoin. If you think about the fees, and if transactions getting stuck in the network, I don't think normal people want to handle with it. I see more potential in other currencies for daily life, since they may be faster and more easy to handle.
Anyone can use bitcion as long as it will be use in a legal way. Even a kid can use bitcoins but I think if it will be guided by adults. Also for senior citizens who are having hard time paying some bills and bitcoin is a faster way of doing payments. Bitcoin is for everyone who wants to buy something online. first there needs to be some place they can "use" bitcoin at. if we want to talk about usage. then if there is a place to use bitcoin just the way there is a place to use credit card, even if "regular citizens" don't understand the technology behind bitcoin they can use it with their phone Apps, with their third party services that make it easier and so on.
If Bitcoin can be used by an ordinary citizen, my answer would be yes even ordinary citizens can use and will be able to maximize Bitcoin to be a part of their daily lives. Im a sample of an ordinary citizen using Bitcoin, at first I had encountered several problems like how I can use Bitcoin or what do I need and where can I spend it. Those were the times where this new technology is still being introduced to me. But as I can see myself now since im already able to use bitcoins other people can also use it. As long as they are open to accept this new digital technology and be able to use the devices necessary then they will be able to use Bitcoin.

All people have a right to used anything unless they use it a bad way.i think when ordinary citizen used bitcoin it may become difficult to teach all the people to used bitcoin because you need an internet or you need to know cybernet to used or to earn bitcoin My observations are that way. I don't get it why people ask such sort of questions. Don't know whether they are against bitcoins or in its favor. A person who has internet connection and device to connect with can earn bitcoins given that he is interested in this task. Like you said, this is open to everyone. 
Bitcoin is digital cryptocurrency. Only this coin use those people who work in online market place. So it is not easy to use ordinary citizens. Even who have know about bitcoin, only that peoples use this coin.
