Yeah, we can't blame bitcoin if it is used in an illegal way but the people that uses it in bad way. Bitcoin is created not to help those bad people but for those who uses it for good. Some people just take the advantage of bitcoin because of its anonymous transaction and its other features. Bitcoin is given a bad image because of those people.

I think just about anything would be better than the current economic system. With Bitcoin I think it levels the playing field somewhat. Hope it gains even more traction moving forward.
As for whether Bitcoin can be used for good, currency is just a tool. If you have the intention of using it for good then you most likely will. Hopefully there's enough good Bitcoin users to offset bad users with criminal intent.

Yes, of course. Most people use bitcoins for buying legal and legit stuff, its only a few percentage of the bitcoin buyers who use bitcoin for illegal stuff. Like I use my bitcoins for stuff like buying premium currency in games, as its my only goal. Others use it to buy mining stuff and some convert it to Fiat. So, bitcoin can be used for very legit stuff and even it can be used to donate to some charities that accept bitcoin.

Yes i agree!all cryptocurrency can be use for both good and bad. Bitcoins in particular eas now using by many people, not only for the good sake but also in bad way. If the question was of bitcoin can be use for good, good as in for lifetime, i think yes, bitcoins really helps a lot, many users are enjoying the benefits of having bitcoins. Bitcoins was a big help for me. It reduces my problem in financial crisis.

But for Bitcoin in particular it has no special features in which it can be advantageous for people who want to use it in good, But for Criminal it has features for security and anonymity. If we want to use bitcoin in our city or town then we must build awareness among merchants so that they will start accepting bitcoin as payment method. If there are enough users then automatically merchants will start accepting it so we should really contribute to build a great awareness on individual level that included telling our friends and family about bitcoin, arranging a bitcoin giveaway contest, talking about bitcoin on social media, writing blog posts in local language etc.

Yes people who are allowed to get it will receive it from the people who have it. There shall be a huge demand for charity lovers. They shall find it easier to give it to people. I believe people will buy stuff and and do lot of charity for the needy people. This should help everyone in the long term. So yes I do see Bitcoin for the good.

Of course, actually I think bitcoin is very good to escape from traditional bank system, and to have true freedom over our money.

As everyone can use bitcoin with this freedom, some people use it for illegal transactions, but it doesn't mean bitcoin is bad. Acually criminals use FIAT money for illegal actions too

Only less then 5% people would have used the bitcoin for their illegal needs. We never forget or ignore that bitcoin has facilitated banking to many under developed country people. That is the very big achievement of bitcoin as it has provided an independent banking facility regardless of their financial / social status or literature levels.

Way back last two year. Bitcoin is very popular as currency on blackmarket on deepweb to pay illegal items and avail unlawful services (you know what i mean). But as of now, it os focused as payment for remittances, buying goods online and for funding different investment. It is likely the same as fiat money used but it is just upgraded. I'm happy on what bitcoin used as of now.

Definitely not to be blame to bitcoin because bitcoin is unconscious and we are in conscious so we are making the decision, if we use bitcoin for bad or illegal activities we will be penalized under the law but if we use it in good ways then there would be no problem.

Much better if we can only used it for good things because bitcoin is legal currency that also helps lot of people who have really beed money and if bitcoin will used in illegal things and they cauht the bitcoin will be ban and more users would be affected.
