What? Why this declare "Can bitcoin be used for good?", So sad i read this one. Bitcoins are stuff, We can't blame this stuff as effect for bad then have a chance to find hole to make this abuse. This are back again for not abusing this stuff, realy depends on you to using is as well.
Absolutely yes because it is real money 
That's it. Many people believe that using money normally is not good.
More people use it in good things rather than bad. I believe that.
But we cannot give bitcoin in charity to the needy people as they do not have any access to the internet and will be unable to adopt it, the better option is that we have to buy goods of their needs and have to gift them for their uses.
They don't need to be able to use crypto directly, there are quite a few charitable organizations that accept donations in Bitcoin. Of course you need to do your research and make sure they are legit, don't just donate Bitcoin to obscure groups/sites. Here are two that accept Bitcoins and are considered trustworthy:

Anything can be use for good, bitcoin also can be used for good thing, donate your bitcoin through charity, or teach somebody on how to earn money from bitcoin its a good thing, or you can use your bitcoin to help poor country or poor people

Well if Bitcoin can be used in bad purposes of course you can also use it for good purposes. You can donate them to charity that accepts Bitcoin. Or you can exchange your Bitcoin to flat then donate them to churches or charity.
Yes why not, some people already judge bitcoin as a bad currency since there was rumor bitcoin is used for money laundry , it will be nice to hear some community raising funds using bitcoin to help people and it will bring positive reputation for bitcoin.
That depends on the perception of individuals about bitcoin but most of the users used it in a good ways. To earn ,to invest , and to transfer money without going outside . I think some people judge bitcoin because of its use on the DarkWeb ,me too i recently know about bitcoinon surfing the darkweb many said that bitcoin was used to buy ,hire, or kill .that transaction was made online until i found out that bitcoins was used in many good ways .

I do not use bitcoin for anyting bad. I use it to buy computers and graphics cards to do some mining.

Of course, I do not see anything bad with using bitcoins if that what you mean. And you can used it for good as long as it is still on circulation. Well, I do not think that it would be dead it is just that we should continue to use our bitcoins.
Yes bitcoin can be used for good. For example, if big tragedy happens to other country you can help easily using bitcoin, you can send directly the funds to the victim, without going through the hands of corrupt politicians.

Off course can bitcoins be used for goods and that is not the only thing you can use bitcoins for also bad people uses bitcoins because they are not traceable and that is the biggest problem..

Yeah Bitcoin can be used for good not only people who are criminals make use of Bitcoin. There are also people like me who make use of Bitcoin in a good way.
