In the past two months, Bitcoin has reached a higher value for its growth rate. I am also very interested in the conclusion. In fact, these conclusions start to feel as bitcoin prices go up dramatically by the end of 2017.

Level says that Soon we will witness a big shift in adoption of blockchain technology. Awareness will turn into engagement, the institutional investors will arrive, Exchange Traded Funds will be established. The ground for it is already prepared: CME and CBOE have recently launched bitcoin futures trading. In addition, processes of "nationalization" of crypto-currencies are already being launched, news about initiatives to launch the state-run crypt currency or ICO are coming from all around the world, from Venezuela to Estonia.

Bitcoin still has a lot to do if it is to become a mainstream currency in the next ten years. Although, this is very much possible, but the current challenges with bitcoin need to be overcome first. Bothering on wallets hacking, delay or clogging of transactions sometimes, etc.

According to a study conducted by researchers at Imperial College London, cryptocurrency has the potential to become a form of payment that is widely used for decades to come. In their research report entitled "Cryptocurrency: Overcoming Barriers to Trust and Adoption" Professor Imperial College London, William Knottenbelt, and Imperial College Business School Dr. Zeynup Gurguc, argue that cryptocurrency has so far acted as a store of value like a fiat currency.

Yes I know it can go mainstream as soon as it passed through all the hurdles surrounding it at the current moment. Imagine what would happen when SEC approves ETF? More institutional funds will surely get pumped in alongside more investors.

I believe bitcoin will become mainstream as an investment tool even in less time, I however doubt if it will ever be common place to use bitcoin in daily transactions, it will be too valuable for for that, there are other cheaper coins that can do that even more effectively

Although we do not have any assurance,  I think bitcoin can be the mainstream in the next ten years or in the next decade. When the bitcoin was invented and and was released way back, only a very few people have known it and uses it. We do not even expect how it upside so much that it reaches its record that make investors crazy and immediately investing to it. I think time is only needed for it to be a mainstream. Maybe when its value increase again and hit again the roof, I think people will act crazy again and directly increasing the popularity of bitcoin.

Judging from how things are moving there is every possibility that Bitcoin will become mainstream in the coming years. If Bitcoin can rise phenomenally as it has done in its first decade of existence and gain the attention of a lot if people then it will achieve the feat of going mainstream in a short period of time. The trend shows that most people are awakening to the wonders of cryptos. This could be seen by some electronics and mobile devices manufacturers incorporating crypto structures in their products

If in the first 10 years of its existence Bitcoin has reached from scratch, what is now, then in another 10 years It can become the main means of payment.

It is already partially recognized, because every day more and more people invest in it, bitcoin ATMs are already appearing. Very soon bitcoin will be a full-fledged world currency, I am sure.
I also believe that Bitcoin will necessarily be a full currency. All the facts show that Bitcoin is developing much faster than before. Several ATM Bitcoin appeared in my city in a few months, and a few months later the same ATM Bitcoin appeared in two neighboring cities, many people started to be interested in cryptocurrencies, it's great.

I don’t think so cryptocurrencies can ever become mainstream currency. It can never replace fiat currency. Yes, some people can use it for making payments but it would not eliminate fiat. I know cryptocurrencies have a lot of potential but there still many loopholes and unexploited flaws that prevent it from becoming mainstream currency. Cryptocurrencies will survive along with fiat in the long-term.

I dont think so, its impossible to achieve it only in 10 years, even only few people in my city who know about bitcoin, I have told about bitcoin mu friends but they don't believe it so I think it will not easily achieved in next 10 years.
It will take a lot more time than that, you are correct in that but at the same time the first decade in the life of bitcoin was a way to let the world know that something new has arrived, the next decade is going to be one of expansion but we are still going to struggle with adoption, I really think that the beginning of the third decade of bitcoin is going to be the one where we will see major adoption.

The adoption of bitcoin as one of the main currencies will be a new step in the development of the world. Our global financial system will be transformed beyond recognition. And I think it will come in the next 5-7 years.

But, there is still a lot that Bitcoin has to go through to be better and one is received in all countries. It will be a big driver to be better.

I do not have the rights to tell that the bitcoins cannot go to the mainstream especially the time span that you have mentioned is 10 years and a lot of things can happen in that ten years so there are a lot of possibilities that the bitcoins can made it to the top and a lot of people qill support that bitcoins and they will make thar happen into the mainstream to know the people much more.
