I think yes. With holding bitcoins you can increase your earnings. Each year bitcoin value always growth up. If many people in country have bitcoins will increase their asset. Increased assets could lead to increased consumption in the country thus accelerating the country's economic growth. Thus, indirectly bitcoin can improve a country's economy.

Economic of a country is actually depends on some facts, like no matter what other country's do but do your country's person accept Bitcoin as their payment method. So, I don't think so. The bitcoin can improve the economic position of an individual person, but not of the whole country. For now, it's badly pushing nation economic. Why?
