I think so. If volume transactions of bitcoin occurring within the country is high. Because government gets tax from selling bitcoin to fiat.
Yes bitcoin can improve the economy of many countries surely. Bitcoin is already helping so many poor people to earn their living and also it is helping the unemployed people. Governments this way will get less pressure because of the jobless
You are misunderstanding the governments, they love to have people that are unemployed, because they can always say they can be the hero and solve the issues of the country with their new policies, besides someone that is unemployed and has no money is a person that is very cheap to buy while an employed person is going to be very difficult to buy, so as you can see governments are very happy when they have unemployment.

Not totally bitcoin can do a lot for our economy, even it become legalized. Because we don't pay anything to our government for this, only the exchanges have imposed fees for all bitcoin holders and investors. That's why some countries didn't support bitcoin because they can't benefit from this, unless they start collecting tax. And with this, we can help our country to improve our economy. If bitcoin will not be accepted by everyone then that is still okay because, We who are using bitcoins as our source of income is a very big help for us and we will continue to strive to earn bitcoins because we are getting a lot of money in this industry.

I don't think that there is connection between bitcoin and the economy of a country so even bitcoin will become very successful then it will not affect the economy of a country unless the country will accept bitcoin and use bitcoin as their secondary or even primary form of money then that is when bitcoin will improve the economy of the country.

But if a small nation such as Nauru or Palau legalizes Bitcoin, and if the major Bitcoin exchanges and other ventures rush to that country, it can result in a big boost to the local economy. There is very simple way for improve national economy using bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The government of the country needs to increase as much as possible opportunity to users to purchase goods and services for cryptocurrency. In other words, to accelerate and increase implementation of cryptocurrency in national economy by her complete legalization. It will attract the capital to the country from other economies where so far application of cryptocurrency is complicated or it is forbidden. It will be additional incentive for development of small business because parallel market of goods turnover with cryptocurrency will be created.
Where I live, bitcoin doesn't really have an impact on our economy although I think it's just not yet. The amount of bitcoin here is not yet enough to affect our economy but I can say that if a country relies on bitcoin it won't be that great.

Bitcoin is "accepted" mostly as a speculative asset (i.e. not as a means of payment in the real economy), but that necessarily means that when someone earns via Bitcoin, someone else always loses via it (the so-called zero-sum game). Theoretically, it is possible that a whole country would beat the rest of the world (and then you could actually claim that Bitcoin helped improve the economy of it), though in practice this is highly unlikely. I guess it would be the same if all molecules of your body started to move in just one direction, say, upwards, and you would fly to the sky. Theoretically, this is possible, but the chances of that are infinitesimal. Hope this helps to dispel the confusion
