No bitcoin is much younger for that and it is much weaker to replace banks, also after its establishment and stability it will not able to replace banks even at that time, because banks are not only for saving public money but it is also useful for state financial matters etc.
The positive trust of banks is only because they are old and have made trust in the people. Also people has no choice as there is no digital currency at the time when banks were there. so there was no competition.
I think bitcoin can go along together with banks. I mean, maybe someday banks will accepting bitcoin for payment like fiat. And i don't think bitcoin make banks dissapear. Bank is important for every country.
I think bank is more important for the government, since they can rule fiat through bank. Bitcoin has got the potential to grow much higher than Banks. Now in reality banks are more are the universally accepted as the best financing system. So eliminating of banks is not possible but alternate growth would happen.
Bitcoin has the potential to grow big, but bigger then all the banks? No that will not happen. In a best case scenario bitcoin should be able to outcompete with vis/master card

If bitcoin replaces bank place in future means somehow it helpful for simple wage people to get avoid from the bank interest and finance problems. Government also make their transactions so transparent. It would be easy to identify the right party. Bitcoin should replace bank's place in future.

Yeah government would not let bitcoin take over banks because banks are great help for world economy many investors and company might prefered banks than bitcoin because its very safe for them to put money their. And government does not accept it because they cannot get profit with it because they dont have control for bitcoin. I see no reason for banks to exist other than providing loans. And I think governments do not want the end of banks, for obvious reasons: Control.

No, it will not happen as people need banks for their businesses, we people need banks for keeping our money and for transactions while there are some big businesses which need banks for maintaining their financial affairs.Maybe not everyone think so, but for my self using bitcoin and bank is the main necessary without leaving each other. Bitcoin can't make the banks disappear they will always be around because people will always need a place to get loans from and I don't think Bitcoin is a great way of taking out loans either.
Well that's true, banks offer loans with minimal collateral and very small interest compared to bitcoin, but if an investor put up a lending company in bitcoin, I think the interest will be lower..

Banks will face tough competition from bitcoin in future, but banks will not simple disappear as majority of people and businesses are dependent on banks for their transactions.
