I don't get it why do you think that bitcoin won't survive? Bitcoin Cash is just another alt created due to chain split. This does not mean that bitcoin is doomed. Wait till segwit gets activated  Smiley
yes that is right that it was just to make bitcoin more convenient and hope that it will make bitcoin more stronger and bitcoin will survive for a long long time, because bitcoin is now becoming the common currency of the people.

After there is a BCC can the bitcoin survive or bitcoin will be much more up the price after this
What do you think about this?

If you are looking at the price right now, the price of both are rising. There is no reason really that if the other is gaining, the other must be losing. That is not the case. BTC is rising right now but also is BCH. That must be a good thing. Both will survive for now I guess.

I think bitcoin can survive. Recalling all the past and until now, bitcoin is still worth it and i think have a bright future.
And also, it has survived for a long time, and keep being the biggest in cryptocurrency. I think it won't die or crash easily.

A very big chance to survive. If happens that this new types of currency are being embrace by everyone, I can say that a bright future of bitcoin is coming. As we observe now  a days bitcoin is now on the process of being legalize in the other countries. A good chance for us to be a part of developing this kind of cryptocurrencies and we can also benefits this. Some transaction can be made easily for this, and I'm surely it will survive .

After there is a BCC can the bitcoin survive or bitcoin will be much more up the price after this
What do you think about this?

After the hard fork and events leading up to August the first, it only shows how powerful the community behind Bitcoin is. Bitcoin cash is just an altcoin and it doesn't seem to affect Bitcoin at all. What people thought about Bitcoin cash and how it would just force everyone to hop of Bitcoin and hop on Bitcoin cash was wrong. Bitcoin has also recieved heaps of attention recently so that adds to it.

Seems like Bitcoin will be surviving for a long time, until better technology is introduced.

We can't conclude or judge easily because Industries and Technologies had been rivaling since the beginning like for example:
1. Macintosh and Microsoft
2. Yahoo, Google, Bing etc.
3. Nokia, Blackberry, iPhone, Samsung etc.
etc...

These mega companies were once an idea, then developed and gain huge profits while others were merging trying to innovate and compete against other rival companies.
And so as Virtual Currencies, let's see and wait how they grow or drop or maintain the effectiveness and shares in the market.

Hell yeah! Bitcoin will really survive if no one would abused its usage. Bitcoin is really a promising project and as what we see right now, it is making an impact locally and internationally who would have thought that this bitcoin project be as amazingbas it is, I really really love bitcoin and I believe it will survive.

Despite all the  media hype and propaganda about splitting of bitcoin and setting up panick and fear among bitcoin holders at the end of brouhaha nothing happened to bitcoin this  has reaffirmed that bitcoin is real and has come to stay and definitely bitcoin is going to survive.

Bitcoin showed that he can survive and survive, while retaining leadership among other crypto-currencies. There is no longer any danger for him. The events of August 1 ended well for him. You can safely continue working and advise everyone.

Yeah I believe that also. Bitcoin is bitcoin and no other will be replace by it. Just proving by itself in the market and has stabilize its platform so no doubt about it. Nothing to worry about bch as this coin will not survive in a long run, its price is just only hype, as many will dump it,the sooner the price will becomes less.

My answer is definitely yes, we can see the price is still increasing and so with its users, the demand of bitcoin is totally increasing too, so why not believe that the coin will survive and believe on speculations that will die after the event happened in last August 1, we can see nothing happened, like the price that people bothers most, the splits that causes its value to break down, those speculation is nothing but nothing. I guess we need to start again if you sell your coins and believe that coin will increase its value.

Bitcoin will survive no doubt. Everything that is going with Bitcoin Cash's price can make you confused, but experts are saying more about the bubble than on a real assessment of the value of Bitcoin Cash. Probably, after some time the bubble begins to deflate, as the support of BCC  by a real business and the community is not so well.

I guess the BCC doesn't affect bitcoin and I am confident Bitcoin will still remain a top crypto currency, It survive for so many years and it will lasts for more years as long as it's value will continue to appreciate and that many people will still use it. Bitcoin survival will depend on the demand of users, the more users it have, the more chance that the value will increase, imagine there is a limit amount of bitcoin circulating the market so when the demand cannot penetrate the supply the value will have to increase.

After there is a BCC can the bitcoin survive or bitcoin will be much more up the price after this
What do you think about this?

absolutely yes. bitcoin can survive for sure. bitcoin is the only one and orginal cryptocurrency we all know.
BCC is just an altcoin to be considered. we all dont know what happen next after this event. but im sure that the bitcoin survive and nothing  to worry about that. when it possible that bitcoin will not survive. then the all altcoins have no value too when it also happens.

now and then bitcoin will always up/raise and i think more gain to be on top and it has continueing to have a greter value at all.

Dump your bitcoincash as soon as you can.

I dumped my free BCC yesterday on Kraken as I don't think it will go any higher. If everyone is selling this new altcoin, how can price develop? It can only go down the drain.

Honestly, i'm in doubt on bitcoins now but i am still hopeful that will reign forever and hope bitcoin cash will not take over. The trust that bitcoin built over the years cannot just be replace by BCC/BCH. In my opinion without having a single dev on BCC it may lead to unknown errors, well positively it can contribute but still we must not forget that BCC/BCH is still a money and they might have a hidden agendas that may lead to corruption and demonetization of BCH/BCC , it is better to stay in bitcoin.

After there is a BCC can the bitcoin survive or bitcoin will be much more up the price after this
What do you think about this?
First of all you need to know that thr coin BCC( BCH) is totally different from the network of the Bitcoin network directly because most of the people are using the Bitcoin for the trading and also with altcoins trading at exchange .
But here in the current time people in this field have a option of another new coin that is BCC coin as an altcoin which is still yet like the tocken because no official wallets are available to use  and also system network are not much responsive .
So here you need to wait this whole month until the BCC get fully protected by the wallet and chain lock .
And that will surely results into the increase innthe value of BCC but here some new changes of change in the size of the block are results into low fee and fast transaction ( same.like bch coin ) .
So after this fork chances are more for thr use Bitcoin for small small transaction and increase the use more and more but still beside of the btc we have bch coin as a option which would also be your BTC like coin ( operating at the same private key currently ) .

Bitcoin would have a greater value than BCC, but at this point in time I wouldn't say BCC would die, maybe it would exist with having 1/4th or lower the value of BTC. The survival of an altcoin or any cryptocurrency entirely depends on market adoption and the purposes it serves, real usages. An altcoin created for the sake of small-term profits, pump/dump, speculation, no real usage becomes non-existent within a short span of time.

Right now there is no question of would BCC be competing against BTC, more about would it survive the market. A month or so ago it was about flippening, too much hype about it, with ETH's crash it ended. The same with current BCC's cap, it would be highly volatile, it would have to survive long enough to have some stability.

Bitcoin just needs to have Segwit activated (which would happen this month) and put an end to to the scaling drama to remain as the top cryptocurrency.
