Yes of course.bitcoin is one of the most famous cryptocurrency in the whole world and its already immovable in field of cryptocurrency. That is my vision why bitcoin will survive in the next 10 to 20 years from now .

It will. Look at BCC now compared to bitcoins. BCC crashed hard and btc remained on top of the food chain. That's how good bitcoin is despite the fork. But of course there will come a time that better competition will come and I hope the community give its support.

Bitcoin will continue to persist where people are interested in using / investing in bitcoin, the more people who are interested in using bitcoin the greater the likelihood of future price increases.
There are no reasons to argue this because it's clearly to say that bitcoin is higher than the others. Bitcoin will survive no matter what will happen but we will see in near future. I believe that bitcoin will surely survive despite of the situation today.
I think the OP doesn't want to argue, he just simply want to discuss about will this have a chance to happen or not, i think it's for preparing .Somtime i do have a thought about BTC is going to disappear but if we actually know well about the reality then the percent is near 0% for Bitcoin disappearing.
