Actually if the hackers are that good, no amount of security can stop them from hacking into your account. So to be very safe, make sure you don't put a huge amount on your wallets and if you are using a wallet for storing coins just make sure to buy and use hardware wallets like the usb type thing.

I guess based on my understanding about wallets, you could enter a same account in the same wallet on your phone. And you could enter the same wallet in your cellphone. Maybe you could try to have other wallets so that not all of your btc wilk get lost because of being stored within one only wallet. And to be able to open such wallet you need to inout passwords. Just using desktop wallet and having access to your private keys won't keep your coins safe. You should make sure your computer is clean and always backup your wallet.
