I this yes, ETH was so close to 700 if bitcoin continue in turning back on his price i think ETH can reach this 700 or maybe higher.
With Casper implementation, I am sure we will see good growth. Inflation 2% is very healthy for economic, and all news about it will force ETH to growth.
It is impossible to predict what growth ETH will have, but one thing I know for sure is that ETH is not predictable. Once, after another purchase of ETH with a view to profit, I could not sell it for a very long time.

Yes sure there is a full chance that ethereum will reach 700usd any time soon....even i will say in this year 2018 we will see ethereum reach the landmark of 1000USD for sure...the crypto market is building up again and ether will rise higher as well
Don't worry, the price of ETH will cross more than 700$ because already the market cap is kept increasing but the price of Bitcoin is still yet 8900$. Once it crosses the 9000$ mark automatically the price of ETH increases more than 700$.

Ether is bullish now , in past few days it gained 50% hike in price .
now it is near 630 USD so 700 should not be a tough goal for ether .

Ethereum have the chance to clinch the $700 price range but I don't see that happening at the moment or by May cause the market still barely recover and it will be after the market totally recover will can achieve the $700 range.

Yeah ETH has a good base than BTC and also the most used crypto . It is not possbile that it can doubled up at the end of 2018
It remains to wait for very little. ETH is almost at the target. But I would in your place set goals much higher since ETH is one of the most promising altcoins in the whole market. He is waiting for a great future, and his technology is merely necessary for companies.

Absolutelty It can. I believe that ethereum has technology and capacity to pass this prices. We just need supply for market to increase and I hope this supply will come with big investor that join this market.
