Yes, long term is when you continue gambling for a long time, but what happens is that the luck of the gambler can make this long term faster or longer. For some people the long term comes faster than for others. So, it's not a rule like: if you play for 90 minutes you are safe, you won't lose money... It's unpredictable and playing few minutes per day isn't a guarentee too, doing it everyday is risky and at some point you will take a big loss streak and lose all your money.

gambling has no time frame. it is just pure luck. also depends on your experience. maybe on the long term if you learn some strategies and patterns maybe you may maximize your profit on gambling.

Gambling can't be a long term profitable source, it's just bringing you some entertainment with money. So it's called paid entertainment.
It needs money to get involved here. Pay some money and get entertained, nothing else.

you are right, it was only supposed to be an activity for entertainment purposes but people nowadays are seeing it as a way to profit that they are almost spending all of their money just to take a chance . it is indeed that gambling can't be a profitable source of income as there are no assurance that you can actually make money with gambling easily .

its impossible though to keep winning even you know the drill chances of losing are still big, I'm not sure but that's why its call gambling
anyway, learn to know how to take advantage and keep in mind that luck is not always at your side so better to quit while you have some

That is right, everyone knows that gambling cannot be profitable, even with just a short term, you are losing a lot of money, what else might happen in the long run? Yeah gambling wont bring us everyday money even if you use a big bankroll because casino have 1% house edge that can eat all your bankroll within just a minutes. Also like if you have some 5BTC bankroll it can have some chance to lose it all because gambling create to win the hiuse and not us

I think that in some formats of gambling you remain as a fresh player for every time, because in such formats you totally depend on your luck and not on your experience, for example in slots games and in slides game and even in lottery you totally depend on your luck so if you are luck then you will certainly show good result in gambling for that time but if you are not lucky for very next time you will lose, therefore in some games we totally depend on our luck.

It depends it can be profitable in a long run if you be able to use the money that you won in a good way lile putting up a business, saving it in a bank or investing it into a something that will profit you a lot however if you are a gambler who doesn't mind to lose everything there is no way that gambling can be profitable to you.

Actually there is no real profit in gambling since we know that there is no definite thing that we either gain or lose because we are talking about luck and chances. Even you take it for moderation, gambling can endanger your entire income hence gambling should be considered only as an entertainment rather than a way to make profit. When you gamble, as you said, gamble what you are ready to lose and enjoy the rest. Some usually gambles just for fun without thinking of profits because they know that no one can really know whether they will win or not so might as well just enjoy and don't worry too much and besides there are other way to make profit which is more stable and risky. Making money on playing poker is possible but would really depend on your skills but when addiction hits you then you would really do the things that aren't right already which is losing soo much money and you do still play it no matter what.There are some players could able to maintain making money but just for experienced and skill based games on some card games.This is possible but really hard to achieve.

Does this mean you are admitting that you are already addicted in gambling? I hope I am wrong though. Well, it is true when we are playing regularly, we never track how much we had lost but all we know is that we roll and play. Though it is said that it is best to track our gambling performance and statistics to be able to know if we need to change strategy or move to another games, since we losing to much in a certain game means we are performing badly on it.

I'm playing poker regularly, But I don't experience on this game since it requires skills and I play with person only. Playing poker against casino is suicide. I always think that casino knows everything even my cards that's why i always avoid playing against them. I'm not afraid on house because it is just a small percentage of the bet.
