Why don't you try to be specific and state the kind of job you want these people to work on and how they will be able to make from it, so that people with interest can apply. The kind of job posting I see in this forum is really annoying sometimes, I don't know why people are fond of keeping their jobs like a secret and when you pm them at last you just get to find out that the job is just a penny job and a total waste of time.
