Many coins have a possibility to increase over a long period of time, we can hold it for a long term but not all of them,  some of it are short term only. It depends on the holder on what him or her to do with that coin.  And for me.  Im gonna hold it for a long period of time if you believe it will be successful

EndChain - Complete Logistical Solution
•What if I dont have any money ? And I decided to hold my altcoin at my wallet.
•Will the value remain?

For example

I got a Klarity token and I got no gas so I will leave it there for a year or two.

•Any chances of value getting higher? Or it will die to years later?

You do not worry to keep it because the coin will not disappear in your wallet, but about the price, it depends on the coin you hold if the coin has a good project I believe the price will go up for the next years

It's for sure, but first make sure you actually save the private key of your address. Surely price of any coins/tokens will not remain for long time, it could be changes in short time. Sometime from valuable become worthless like airdrop tokens.

Many things can happen to an altcoin over the years:

1 - A hardfork on the blockchain. Your coins will have to be migrated to a newer version.

2 - An evolution of the coin' tech specs might force you to migrate to a new wallet, exporting/importing keys

3 - If you hold PoS coins, they will grow over time if you open your wallet according to the coins' tech specs.

4 - If your coin is a scam it will die sooner or later

Until the end of time
It depends on the project. If it is project that has potential the value of the coin will increase over time
I suggest you go and look at their road map and see what they have for the future.

Its value may remain the same, increase, or decrease. It depends on the circulation inside the market. I do not know that token you are talking about. You should research more about it to know if you are going to hold it for a long time or you will find some money to sell it already. Holding is not always the answer. You should always be smart.

Yes it's not like your altcoins will expire if you leave it for many years but the price though may go down especially if that altcoin is not popular and has no good technology behind. Altcoins are only good for short term investment so it's not recommended to leave your money on altcoin that might not even reach 1year.

I do hold my altcoins in my wallets, not all, just those that i gonna keep for year . Sometimes it is not just save but also profitable, because some wallets give you extra money for pos -mining. Not bad! look at stratis, neo, waves leasing.

Yes you can hold your tokens and altcoins in wallet for years, but if government ban crypto currencies then you will not be able to use your coins again.

Crypto will save my kids!
Well yes and I think it's the best way to keep your coins safe. I have read a lot of threads telling us to always avoid exchanges and keep our coins into wallets then make a back-up and store it very well into an usb or something similar. It's much more safer , I have read a lot of messages from people that have lost their coins.

sure, you can save your altcoin for one year or more, if all choose in you, but my suggestion is if you save your altcoins its like your invest for long term, better you change your altcoin to ethereum or bitcoin because is best coin, not like your coins want your save.

Yes you can but keep an eye on token twitter and announcements. Sometimes coins will change their road to build a own blcokchain and offers coin change don't miss the coin changes and forks.

Depends on whether the company survives or not, and if it delivers its goals. If the company fails, the value of the altcoin will plummet, but it will remain in your wallet. So you may keep an altcoin for years, but it depends whether it is worth keeping or not.

You can hold your coin whatever you want dude but the the value will not still remain because all altcoins don't have any stable value in the market that's why its called volatile. There's an upside down happening anyway.

Indeed but you got to be sure that the coins are worth to hold for years like LTC, ETH, XRP and NEM. Those coins have all bright future ahead of them and they never leave the top 10 marketcap. Do a good research for any coin as always so you won't be sorry in the end.

It depends on what altcoins you are holding, excellent altcoins such as xrp, xlm, eos may be suitable to stay in you wallet for a long time.

It depends what coins will you be holding because some coins in the future there will be no value already in the marketing. I think the better you will do is to sell it already if you the value increases.

That depends on your choice, if the klarity token has so big community behind it and very profesional developer and the value of the token will be higher in the future, All of your analyzation gives a lot of the impact for your choice. And you must to do it seriously if you are aiming for the longterm holding or investment.
Indeed you can hold our altcoins for year or for more than year there is no issue in holding your coins but remember the price of altcoins are varying so due to this issue you need to judge to which altcoin you want to keep you may judge the past history of that coins to protect yourself from loss.
