Using these coin's popularity surely is a great strategy but most of the people nowadays will take it for granted because you are only using solid coin's name for the sake of your coin's popularity which is wrong if cryptocurrencies are regulated you can be sued by these coins in the centralized world it will be infrigement or intellectual sabotage.

You can do whatever you want, but every coin that is named Bitcoin xxx, Ethereum xxx, or anything like that is by default a shit coin that is trying to piggy back.

I don't think there is an existing bitcoin xxx coin.

I'm curious on what you will put on your road map? Its like an adult base coin that can help you out searching for the best dates on town?  Roll Eyes

Yes of course you can. But for me, you should create something original, something catchy. Some projects are bogus because there are a lot of projects that are fake with bitcoin "name" something. Well, good luck

Of course you can use variations of names with bitcoin , but there are to many other shitty bitcoin xxxx . It will be better for your project to find another genuine name , because people are tired of those "fake bitcoins " .

You may name your coin bitcoin something as the license allows it. As other posters here say there is no particular good reason to do so unless you are really trying to fork.

it does not matter what name is used for a coin. although the name is funny but maybe in the future it can be used as a uniqueness of a self for a coin name.

Sure, why not. And to be quite honest, it WOULD be good for branding and marketing other than what others may tell you.

Bitcoin for the adult industry?

Sounds like big $$$ to me...

Don't do it because not only will that be able for branding and marketing but you have the market flooded with a bunch of shitty alt-Bitcoins which really don't have any use or purpose in the market. We don't need another...

Yes you can, the image and the brand are under Creative Commons if I recall correctly. BTW, you can, but people are tired of hearing about bitcoin... purple, green, yellow, atom, big-bag, quantum, garbage, micron, macron, ....

Find a name that represents what your coin stands for. Or if it is hard to do, find a unique and catchy name.
I think you will benefit more from a good name then just being next in a line of not-so-unique coins.

Yes you can,but most of the people will think it is a forked coin which if they do research they will know you are only using bitcoin's name to gain popularity. Most of the people will just take it for granted because it isnt official forked coin which might be a potential scam.If you are really want to create some cryprocurrency you should have some original concept or else it will surely fail at the end.

Yes....you can name your coin using that ticker the only issue you may have is when you want to be listed on exchanges if there is a coin with such ticker already you will have to change yours for the coin with the same existing ticker as a result of that your coin will have different ticker or name of exchanges your coin are listed.

You gotta google, mate. By the way, what this coin's gonna be about, the name is pretty spicy. Will we pay for porn with it in some special environments like xvideos com?  Grin

If you search for the coin names you will find out that there are more than 10 coins having similar names with the name bitcoin:

Bitcoin2x, Bitcoinatom, Bitcoincash, Bitcoincashscrypt, Bitcoindark, Bitcoindiamond, Bitcoinereum, Bitcoingod, Bitcoingold, Bitcoinlightning, Bitcoinplus, Bitcoinred, Bitcoinsilver, Bitcoinultra.

By adding one more to this long list, even if your crypto has the best features of all other cryptocurrencies you will not do anything positive to your coin.It will disappear among the others.

It would be better to choose another new name for it.
