Most of the ICOs uses Ethereum platform. Having an Ethereum address will make your life easier.
Not that hard to create at myetherwallet.com.
Just follow the steps correctly and send your ETH there. After that you can join most of the ICOs being offered.

Any one can answer my question?
Yes, you can. It depends on bounty conditions of a compaign in which you are participating. For example, Universa transfers all the oarned tokens into your universa wallet

Maybe when you registered in their website, you received wallets for that coin and USD or BTC/ETH. You can send your USD or BTC to this wallet and join ICO

It depends on the ICO, sometimes they need is the waves address instead of eth address. But most of the ICO now choose the eth because of contract. You can join in ICO but to can't receive your payment and it is unfair for you, only need to do is to follow their needs. And if you think that it is hard to make an etherium address it is NO, just go on myetherwallet.com and choose what key you want to use. And the eth address is there.

Yes some ICO do not ask for ethereum wallet since they provided their own wallet or they have other altcoins to advertise some of it was stamp, graft and soferox. But I don't see any bad thing if you are having an ethereum wallet besides it is one of the commonly use and trusted wallet. Better read the guidelines set for each campaign if you have any discretion with regards to token or online wallets

Any one can answer my question?
Indeed, it all depends on the rules of the ICO in which you are going to participate. Most all the same require. But with your rank, I doubt that you do not have an ETH address  Wink  Grin

Yes there is ico on other platforms. But most of it is still on eth. Also I will recommend to beware of ico which offer to install your own wallet. They can have viruses.

That is undeniably true that some of the ICO that offer to have to install your own wallet have some phishing virus and can damage and be used to steal your precious personal details . But it also depends on what ICO you are participating some ICO is getting your ETH address for your payment.

Yes you can participate an ICO without creating an Eth address. Just select those who are not ERC20 tokens like waves. Some tokens have individual wallet to download which are not eth dependent (like deeponion, soferox, many more) so those tokens are the ones you are looking for.
yes your right even you are not creating some eth address you can also have some to participate for some ico just choose wher you are able to join that are not required to have the eth address.

Yes,  if the ICO doesn't use Ethereum platform. However many ICOs now use ethereum platform and requires to have an ethereum address.
Whether you like it or not,  you must create it since that's the way the ICO manages its payment system.

Some ICO use their own blockchain and have their own wallets and coins, so not always you need Ether.

You can only participate in the ICO on the wave, Neo and etc platform in this case.

But most of the ICO projects are on ETH platform, you can’t receive the ico coins if you do not have a ETH address.

Mostly all ico require etherium address to transfer the coin which they have sold to buyer. But some ico doesn't demand for ether address because they create their own wallet address for transfer the coin. so we can say that any one can participate in the ico without creating ether address. Ether wallet is best for saving ico coin and free airdrop coin.some ico coin cannot transfer direct to any exchanges wallet and that coin can sell only agaist the ethreium. That's why ico company demand for ether address.

As a participant or as an organizer? If the tokens of another ICO are located on the blockchain, then maybe you need a personal wallet, sometimes the developers make personal cabinets for tokens inside their sites. Depends on the project. It is possible that in general you can limit yourself to bank payments in some cases and then sell tokens on the exchange.
