If you selling a goods like that console you need a better escrow to do not scammed.. you can sell it here in digital goods.. If your console is completely good and not copyrated .you can sell it even you are newbie.

I think the OP is just not clear with the rules of the forum which he can learn here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/newbie-readme-177133

Other than those, you are free to do anything that you want on this forum.

You can sell goods everytime you're ready. If you're still newbie, you need time to gain trust so more people willing trade for you on the future.
When you're trying to sell goods, try to sell legal items

He's definitely downplaying how serious it is that you keep your transactions legal. 110% make sure you are operating within the law, especially when dealing online where you could be dealing with virtually anybody and someone could be watching what you're doing.

If you're on this forum, always abide by the law.

To be honest it doesn't matter. You should never let your guard down and you should never except to be able to deal scrutiny-free. Someone will be questioning your services or your goods and other people will be suspicious of you from the jump.

Always use escrow, trust among internet-users is few and far between.

You can buy/sell anything you want with bitcoin.

It is a global currency.

But being new you really can't do it alone it takes escrow.  Escrow is a great thing for new users wanting to sell.  It allows selling at pretty much any activity level.

Once you hit a point you have done quite a few deals and have been around for a long time you will find more and more you can do on your own.  But if I do a deal even now after years and many deals if a legit escrow is requested I let it happen.   There is some situations buyer wants it as long as you are selling or trading legit escrow is not really a issue.

It would be EXTREMELY hard to get a trade without escrow, but with escrow, its relatively easy.

unless you're dealing with the escrow directly, in that case you can sell to him directly

another case, would be when two trusted user face each other, one of the two just send first and they are done with it

I pretty much have been a gamer my whole life, and get every console that is released. Well I have an Xbox One already and would like to get rid of my 360, I was just wondering before I go ahead and get into any trouble if I could sell in the forum's marketplace yet? Please let me know, and some tips would also be appreciated, thank you.

Off course you can buy or sell gods on this forum, i advise you to use escrow on your deals, old console may have a good value

I don't see any other reason not to use escrow. I mean there is no way in hell I would buy something for $200 and give the money first.lol.

Yes anybody can buy and sell, but if you want to buy, you will need an escrow because you are a newbie rank member.

If you want to sell, then use caution as there are many scammers that could scam you.

Yes, there are no rank restrictions on using the Goods section, provided that you know what are the rules here and you would abide by them. The only thing that you'll find hard is finding someone who'll trust you to seal the deal. Escrow is very much necessary in executing trades within this forum, but in the case with physical goods (and in this case, if ever, an Xbox 360), it would probably take several days or even weeks before the item would arrive on the buyer, til then the funds would be released on the escrow. If you can wait that long, then go ahead and sell your item here in exchange with bitcoins.
