Yes, there is a pretty good AMD miner for lyra2v2, mkxminer or something similar to that is the name of it.... it will show up in a forum search as was mentioned by Vann up above. 
* I should mention that there are other miners that work with that algorithm on AMD, they just are not at all competitive.
