I think it may possible because cryptocurrency is unexpected and the future will not be unpredictable so if it's suddenly fall again then no one will regret that it is the fact we need to accept everything.

As everything is decentralized the market can be manipulated to smaller level, beyond that the growth happens without any disturbance. Just consider the days of February when we're close to $3200, and by July we've reached close to $1400 and now moving around $12000. This is how the change takes place. The fall of bitcoin had happened early 2018 its long overdue so i think its up for a new all time high now
bitcoin chart has break out it might be pulling back because few are still confuse of the bull run

I think the crypto's nature volatility will stay, so, the market can fall down again! The Bitcoin price seems too volatile right now, I feel Bitcoin at a high price will not be stable very soon! So, BTC at under 10K Price is just a matter of time!
