Yes. There is a big possibility that what happened last January can be repeated again. That just how the market goes. It is now the nature of bitcoin or any other coins that are existing as now. I think the good thing is that we should prepare ourselves whatever the outcome may be.

Bitcoin market and all altcoin crypto market are not run together and work opposite to each other. If bitcoin will go up then altcoin will go down because at that time people sell altcoins and buy the bitcoin to earn the money. this is simple formula to predict the market that it will go up or down.

I think so. It happened last 2016 so it is not that far that it will happen again every January of the next few years. I think this is because of the holiday seaons that's why the price of cryptocurrency are spiking hard and crazy volatile compared tp before that just volatiles slightly.

Market tends to go up and down as it pleases without asking our permission and without warning, unfortunatelly. It would be nice to know beforehand
