The simple answer is yes, you can be rich. Anybody can be rich if he or she works hard. There are some that work really hard, and they are fortunate enough to become self-made millionaires. They don’t wait for the fortunes to come to them.

Depends on what you mean by being Rich. If it means having enough for your needs and never lacking, then I believe you can as long as you spend the salary wisely and don't use it too satisfy your selfish desires. To be honest, the more you use your money to benefit others the more it comes to you. This is for those who believe.

I would have also suggested investing in businesses and other things but you limited it to just the salary.

You can definitely become rich, if you save and invest. The classical safe way was to invest regularly in an index fund, maybe through some IRA or some retirement account and also buy a house. If instead of buying a big house when you are young you buy a small one, you can pay it faster and then buy a second but as a rental home. Nowadays you have Bitcoin, even if your income is low, you can invest $10-$50 weekly and maybe you won't become a billionaire but you'll be much better financially in the future.

It depends on your position and what kind of job you are doing if you are a factory worker and you are earning a minimum wage I don't think you can do it even if you work for 20 years in a company, but if you are holding a managerial position with a lot of benefits and bonus compensation you can be rich is just 5 years of course it also depends on the size of your company.

if you know how to handle your income and spend wisely , in time you will extend the means of income by providing small business to start with and make it grow.

many millionaires now starts as salary earner only but they know how to dedicate the funds and separate the expenses from collection as capital .

Look at those companies like Google and other big tech companies. Their CEO is earning big. In short, it's possible as long as you have a high position in a company.
