I think it's not a matter of which industry that will boost the crypto world, rather the team behind such projects doing the right thing. Blockchain can be implemented on many industries, but will only boom if the projects created thereof are living up to expectations and not just pump and dump as the case maybe. Bitcoin paved the way for the crypto space and if new projects or platforms can be genuine and work according to plan, mass adoption will surely take place.
However, let's be hopeful this real estate project fulfill their goals and objectives as it will be an added advantage to the crypto space as a whole.

This is happening because of the real estate boom but we could be at the peak of this wave. If real estate bubble pops it won't matter if the company is into crypto or not.
You can see that we are overbought on real estate because everybody is buying it. Even people who earn very little invest in real estate on credit or mortgage. They don't understand that their ROI will be in 30 years or more which makes real estate not such a great investment.

It's only good side is that it is safe because buildings don't disappear but what will you do if the return rate drops to 2%?

After the Aspen Digital's STO, real estate powered by blockchain is now getting hotter and more real estate actually being seld for Bitcoin. What projects do you guys think will took off this year?

I personally am currently watching these:

- Curveblock
- B11G
- Swissrealcoin

i don't know how feasible it is going to be. I have participated in three or four cryptocurrency projects with real estate as their theme. All of them have failed miserably and the tokens have ended up as shitcoins in my wallet.

Without any doubt the influence of blockchain technology at real estate industry will help the whole crypto world to move further towards the mass adoption. There are several projects already that are selling houses for crypto and this is just the beginning.

AND Yes Real Estate can boost crypto better than anything i knew of because the best assured investment in the world is still real estate investment, rich men of today can't do without real estate so just imagine if it get into crypto space it will make lots of sense and crypto adoption will stretch more further than anything we've seen in crypto's past life

Absolutely. The tokenization of real estate will be a boon to cryptocurrencies and real estate. But before this becomes mainstream, we will need scalability and user-friendliness among protocols. Tokenization will also allow investors to own fractions of real estate and get dividends from it.

Can you explain how this can help in the rea estate. No offense but for me, application of blockchain isnt suited on real estate but it can help boost in the financial aspect or handling of funds and data management of the different company or real estate firms. I heard a lot of real state related project and I think no one ever really into success. If there is can you share with us so we can know how is their use case and how about the trust for the clients is it doable? Were talking about legal property here and tokenization still on the process of going there.

Almost all the failed real-estate Blockchain projects  failed because they probably did not understand how to build a truely decentralized Blockchain-based real-estate. I think it would be hard to make this work centrally. Real estate developers have to be funded in a decentralized way otherwise this won't work if you don't let the authorities in.

It would be great to see good Blockchain-based real estate emerge from this space.

I think there are some real estate projects that link that to crypto. Well, this is certainly proof that real estate can help the development of the crypto world. it's just that, I think the results are not optimal.

little by little, this thing began to develop, and it was synchronized between the crypto world, and also real estate. I believe that this development will be very popular in the future.

The real estate market is very large and can really help the crypto industry get a new round of development and adoption. The fact is that the more blockchain projects appear on real estate, the more people will use cryptocurrencies to sell and buy real estate, and this will indeed be an excellent factor for new users to come to crypto.

It is really interesting. I think there are some opportunities for crypto in real estate these days. I would like to try real estate soon too, and I am looking for some Fort St Jon Real Estate opportunities. I think that Canada is very prospective in terms of real estate. What are your thoughts about it, guys?

Ah I do not believe in the real estate market on the block. Why is it needed? The only interest in this industry is rental in other countries. For tourists. What would they be sure that the money will be returned to them. And so I do not believe in real estate on the blockchain.

Basically, all of these are a play on the notion that real estate transactions, globally, can be executed and recorded on a publicly available blockchain. They theorize that doing so reduces transaction costs, reduces frictions between buyers and sellers (and their brokers), and allows governments to more closely track real estate sales.

Real estate is a very big market, and one thing we should know is that those that buy houses the most are billionaires, and if there's a way to make them understand crypto and get them to pay for this house in crypto, then real estate would be very much able to boost the crypto world especially when it come to the price of a coin, so many people don't really focus on real estate, for example canvair never got a lot of investors because they are real estate ICO, but if this rich dudes can be brought onboard via real estate, it would be so cool.

I also think that any industry that will adopt crypto and any new industry that want to invest on crypto can boost and help crypto be more used and more known and this will also help the price.

Every single input from a larger industry can help to boost the development of the whole industry. It is only the matter of time until huge brands and companies are going to enter the crypto arena and then we would see completely different stats.

Actually it depends on how the vision and goals of the project are, until now we realize that we can almost say that there is no project that contributes to the development of crypto, it is precisely this crypto that was being used by some companies.
Yeah that is very important point to ponder. When people are searching for some coins that can help them to earn money and they are confused whether to go for particular coin or not, check its development. See have the development done in favor of crypto or it was just for benefit of some specific stakeholders. This would allow to make your decision easy by either to select or reject it.

Agree, I am believe real estate can boost crypto world but we know that there is not much real estate company involve in crypto world. Real Estate is big industry and if this industry involve in crypto, i think will more attractive

Yes, of course. What matters most in every business is the product and managerial technical know-how (marketing, administration, price, promotion, location etc). When all these and more are well coordinated, the sky is always the limit of that business. Any Real Estate that put his house in order will do well in the crypto-space.
