It may not be years if the SOL dev team will be very good in accomplishing their tasks.
Being in the top 5 is already a great achievement. Remember, there are thousands of alts that are existing today.
So we will see next year if the SOL network will be utilized by many platforms and customers are happy about it.
$1k is not impossible to achieve if the platform is very active and we can see their active application among crypto businesses.
But we need to see something concrete and solid basis in order for their price to reach such level.

It will take some time but it will certainly get there. More and more projects choose to build on solana nowadays. It has a lot of room to grow, it might actually be a good candidate to compete head to head with ethereum.

Well, there is a possibility of Solana's price reaching $1000 but not this year 2021 because this year is almost over and the market is not looking healthy for now perhaps Solana's price may reach $1000 price tag next year 2022 if the bullish market continues to grow. Sometimes the cryptocurrency is unpredictable no one knows what is going to happen tomorrow, the time you are expecting the market to grow, it crashes, and also, when the market is crashing down the next day you might see a huge uptrend.

if we look at the graph of SOL it is clear why SOL can continue to reach ATH because the ups and downs are very fast and this indicates that trading on SOL is very active. Unfortunately, the upward movement will always be followed by a correction so that the movement to increase quickly seems to be stalled.

I agree with you SOL is indeed a good project from trading alone already looks active. but it must continue to be maintained in the long term if it can reach ATH but unfortunately it is always corrected. but I'm optimistic that SOL will make it to $1K, but maybe not this year. the possibility will occur next year if there is no correction which usually occurs at the beginning of the year. if it happens, maybe the end of 2022 will only be realized.

solana hit a price of $1000 seems to be in trouble in the near future. I'm still optimistic that Solana will reach $500, in my opinion, that's the closest point for Solana to reach the best price and the closest to the current price.

Not in our time now , SOL already drops down to 180$ so basically this is too much low compared to what you asking.

maybe next year? or at least in 2024 to make it count as climbing when the next Bitcoin mining halving comes our way.

I don't agree with your prediction, Solana is indeed one of the most promising coins at the moment because of its growing popularity so that it is able to push the coin's price movement to increase rapidly lately, but to reach the price of $1000 I think it will take longer for SOL about 3 more years to be at that level.

It is also impossible to say a fixed timeline for this as the crypto market has relatively rapid hiring and firing, every year the number of new employees like Sol is huge and constantly being attacked by the teams in the back, only a few longtime members can guarantee their worth, besides the stabbing story in the back, core members such as bitcoin, ethereum and many other teams are also not honest characters in this arena. The four sides of the market are pitfalls and need to be solved by Sol by a unique way, can't just rely on persistence and long-term.
