This is just like few years ago when the various scammers started nonsensical threads about me and some of the DT Trolls decided to jump on the paranoia band wagon.  It passes.

Next week the scammers will find someone else who has uncovered their scamming to collectively Troll.

The so-called kiddie pool you're looking for is within the forum itself, we literally has a board dedicated for these "kiddies" to swarm around and learn how to "swim". It's in the name, Beginners & Help. Emphasize on the word "beginners" which can be used interchangably with "newbies".

There's even a swimming instructor giving helps and pointers on how to roam around the other boards, called Newbies - Read before posting . It's pinned, it's at the top of the page once you opened the board. Not sure how you missed it, or if you ever even looked at that board.

Moving to lending topic, there's also a pointer for beginner lenders and borrowers, with another "swimming instructor" on it, [EDU] The Rule of "No Collateral, No Loan" - IGNORE AT YOUR OWN RISK! and [EDU] EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN LENDING TO USERS! Oh, here's another pointer: the mods frowned greatly against consecutive posts. Expect your post to be merged by mods. Try to not taking it too personally, almost everybody who made multiple posts at once insted of replying in one long post faced the same situation. It's not you, it's the rule.

Scammer's account pretty much rendered useless due to the negative feedback left by DTs, once it is proven by strong evidences. I don't think being banned or not would make much difference after that.

They are forum moderators. Their job by definition is to moderate messages on the forum. Scams are not moderated here for mostly technical reasons (difficult to prove, would give users a false sense of security, etc.). Why is that ironic?

I don't sure with your ideas removing DireWolfM14 from this marketplace after not receiving your loan, you should stand front of the mirror and see your self its realistic with account beginner or Jr member level ask loan without have active on signature service campaign? its not about your account level only but also all loan participants can't get loan if not active yet on signature campaign service.

I think I have to accept the reality when the loan is refused and DireWolfM14 tries to minimize the risk when the loan is not paid at all, you have second chance but seems late because red trust account not ability getting loan and push your account level for joining any signature campaign before applying for loan.

or your post was just off-topic/low-quality/spam that's why it was deleted? anyway, scams aren't moderated so don't expect mods, staff or admin to ban them. also, I don't see the irony of not banning scammers but deleting posts that are off-topic/low-quality/spam.

That list hasn't been updated in a while, so the rates may be inaccurate, and many of those lenders haven't been active for a while.  Darkstar_'s, Shasan's, and Zazarb's threads remain very active.  There are other members who are active on the forum, but their threads haven't been getting much traffic.


Yeah, there was a time, but I had a couple large loans defaulted, and covid made me really busy IRL so I stopped offering loans for a while.  The thread is still there, but I locked it.  I may return to it at some time, but these days I see people mostly wanting to borrow stable alts which I don't care to own or hodl for...  reasons.  I still lend to a select few folks who ask privately or post their own loan requests in the lending board.

funny how moderators here don't ban scammers i have yet to see a ban by cyrus or any other mod  by banning a user for scamming 
but when i post messages that don't "fit" in this forum they got deleted  how ironic

I don't see anything wrong with DireWolfM14 here. What I do see is accounts that have been properly red tagged. So just own it and stop whining please.

The lending section works a lot, from time to time I go there, out of curiosity more than anything else, and I see several active threads where several members, that DireWolfM14 compiled in a thread, offer loans to the community and those who take them in almost all cases return them precisely because those who lend take precautions.

By the way DireWolfM14, I don't see you on the list of lenders but it sounds to me that at least for a while you were a lender, is that right?

Technically the two moderators who are have a control on lending board can ban any user to post in the section they managed, just like franky1 got banned on Development and Technical Discussion.

But asking to ban DireWolfM14 on lending board because he was harsh to Jr. Member or Newbie rank account is really pointless, there's no rule about harsh and abusive is forbidden in this forum, actually this forum want to be free as possible.

You can put him on ignore if you want, that's what you can do.

Being told you're a bad risk to loan to is not saying you have no rights. You have been told many times that noone will loan you due to the collateral you try to offer. It is worthless to the users on this forum no matter what you think.

Don't view it as babysitting, view it as looking out for the community. People come in all the time and try to ask for non collateral loans from low ranked accounts. Why should anyone loan to them? So they can wonder if they will be repaid? There is nothing to make them pay back. No collateral, losing their low ranked $5 account, or even talking about getting authorities involved doesn't make a lender feel safe. That's why without reputation or collateral you will get 0. There's no reason to be mad.

He definitely posted death threats, which should attract a permanent ban as it's against the forum rules. But I don't know if mods can also rely on third party archives for evidence in order to ban a member.

I think we have had enough of this lending board newbie scammers.

The community doesn't need babysitting, but given that scams aren't moderated here we need all the scam-busters we can get.  I would also add that anyone who tries to take on a role like that won't garner any support, much less make it onto DT, if the accusations they sling don't hold any water.

I have not looked at DireWolfM14's sent feedback, but he's proven himself a trusted member of the forum and I haven't seen any controversy surrounding any negative trust or scam accusations he might have levied against anyone--at least not recently or that I can recall.  This looks like a bunch of bitching by members who aren't trusted against a member who has a lot to lose by being wrong.

Doubt he's going to change his mind, boys.  Better lock this up and try harder next time.

But maybe try to see things from our perspective too? The thing is, there is a sticky topic in the Lending board that clearly explains that newbies cannot just ask for a no-collateral loan. It is just not allowed. And if you ignore the warning, you will be tagged, plain and simple. 

Providing valid collateral is a common requirement for getting a loan, regardless of whether it is a traditional bank loan or a cryptocurrency loan. By offering collateral, you are showing the lender that you have assets that can be used to cover the loan in case you are unable to repay it.

When scammers start trolling and making such necessary threads, then it means the person being targeted is actually doing a very good job exposing their scam network.

I personally thought it could be a waste of time as --just like several others pointed out on that thread already-- the accounts are mostly newbies and disposable, but it certainly can be helpful for lender if they need reference. Thank you once again, without you pointing it out by creating this thread, that thread will probably never come to my attention... and appreciation. Gonna leave a tiny amount of merit on that thread [my sMerit are mostly reserved for lower rank, to help them rank up, so I tend to be a bit frugal on those who already on legendary].

Shasan, it might be out of my place, but would you probably reconsider your second feedback to our dearest OP? The first one is justified, but the second one seems arguably out of place and weak-based. I think the first one is sufficient enough.

Newbies and junior members are seen as none established members of the forum so at that members offering lending services always try to limit them from requesting for loans, most especially in none collateral loans, and this rule is clearly stated in the lending terms and conditions.

So any newbies that apply for such loans can be tagged as potential risks who can default on the loan payments.

But in your case, DireWolfM14 have asked you to prove that you have the 1+BTC you mentioned as collateral and the tag will be removed, so your problem can be solved by just signing Bitcoin messages from your acclaimed wallet holding the Bitcoin the Bitcoin you want to use as collateral.

We don't care either, so why this topic?

By the way, DireWolfM14's negative feedback on your account was within his rights and consistent with the standards of this community, and I think it was justified. If you don't like it, you're welcome to seek a loan from another source.

You spammed out for all sorts of loans , in dm's, multiple threads, multiple commend requests for large ammounts.
