Okay, I updated the OP with your new rates, and I changed your collateral column policy indicator to "Optional" which more closely describes policies I think.
I agree that it is the most appropriate word for this. Thank you, DW and BTCe safe.

Main-net: (Inbound BTC 0.02 and outbound BTC 0.005 - Test-net is similar)

I added the "resources" section to the OP. Lenders and borrowers alike: if you think of some information that would be helpful to add to the OP let me know.
I updated ChrisPop's rates, and added our newest (greedy) lender to the list.

- Up to seven day LN loans - I can send a seven day loan repayment request at the time of funding. Terms 1%.
- Over seven days - currently not available.
