I prefer Zakir over Muhammed when mentioning me!
But it was okay that it touched the internet to set up the keys on bitaddress because i couldnt have without connecting right?

You can download bitaddress.org zip from Github which you can run offline. Click '(zip)' to download the file. Here is the direct link : https://github.com/pointbiz/bitaddress.org/archive/v2.9.8.zip.

ANd also what if after i set up the keys and deleted everything it was connected to the internet because i let my girl have the computer after i deleted everything.

Backup your private key by writing down(recommended) or print it. As I have said earlier, you can run it offline.

Just to make sure,my paper wallet is offline right ?

If you was not connecting to the net when you created it and didn't keep any backup in an online computer, then yes you can consider it a safe offline wallet.

ok thats what i thought.

you can also dedicate a desktop just run the client, nothing else(don't even browse with it), even if this is online it still pretty safe

now if my paper wallet is offline, why is it i can look it up on the block chain?Sounds like a silly question but i want to know.
Your private key is still offline (if created properly). This is the intended/ideal way to use an offline wallet/address. You should be able to monitor/confirm that you have received funds to your offline address, however the computer that created the private key should never have "touched" the internet

Armory.

With proper use on a non-networked PC, and using it only to sign transactions it is unhackable unless someone runs away with your PC.

Bitaddress.org and Electrum are the most secure wallets as you can create them offline.

How bitcoin are safe in offline wallet. How we can cash out our btc from offline wallet?

you use offline signed transactions to safely move funds out of cold storage.

If you create your offline wallet with Electrum, you can follow https://electrum.org/tutorials.html#offline-mpk to spend your bitcoin safely.
Or, you can import your private key to any hot wallet and spend it.

A few ways, first. You can import it to blockchain.info to a online wallet and than import that wallet to a exchange,or you can just sell them locally from your paper wallet.

If you're looking only to security Bitcoin Core and Armory seems to be the safest ones. But using these wallets you have to download all the blockchain and it's very annoying!

i remember that electrum is safer than armory, but i could be wrong

also it let you spend btc offline
