I think it can be but it will be impossible right now. Today's world is the worst. Most of the people are now selfish, I am not saying I am not selfish but if we can manage to remove it in our lifestyle maybe we can still cure it. There are so many wars also. People that are seeking for freedom. The world will recover someday, I am waiting for that day to come.
You are very right, it is the same way of being of the people that force to have a life like the one of today, the culture of some people is usually that if it is well, it does not matter how others are around, but not everything applies to this, because there are people who want or not affect our lives, there are some who are dedicated to polluting the environment, and make it harm, which, for some countries find it difficult to find natural resources, all this added to economic problems and above all, politicians have made the world not see things with the progress that should be observed and desired.

We can possibly get rid of some of that problems but surely not all of them because each of them has to be treated in particular by every country and it would take years to get rid of one single of those problems while in that time the others will get worse.

We should hate sin but forgive sinners.
It's long way before us but we shouldn't loose faith in the better world, without War, Hunger, Drug Abuse etc.
We can't create good society or world without good families and individuals so everything starting from us.

Even if you kill all those Drug addicts, Hackers and criminals, there will be always people that will rise up and do the same thing. It's because of our curiousity that makes us do all these kind of things. I believe that we cannot end war, hunger drug abuse and hackers if there were people that are curious and with their own perspective, they are superior to everybody.

Once they accept god, that's the only way for them to change. But all of the bad routine will continue forever because many people are want to be better than the others and we are not prefect so that's why we are still doing sins because we born have sins already but if we can avoid that that's good.

The war on drugs is a joke, an individual, generally, can't do anything about war and world hunger, and as far as hacking goes -- it'll be around as long as computers exist.
You can take measures to protect yourself from the common ones, the big fish tends to not go after individuals anyway.
Guess it boils down to this:
If you can't change something -- what's the point of worrying about it? Won't help you much, focus on the things you DO have influence on.
Rather than hoping for an ideal world, you should just focus on your own circle's well being.

It will never be happened 'cause people will never be contended with their lives and everyone's point of view. idealism, philosophy is different from each other and just face the reality that the human is naturally born greedy or to be greedy, evil and lier is a human nature so, world will never be experienced peace and love. Ever since the history of mankind, we have that kind of problems. So I doubt that we can be free from such illness of our society. So it be be cyclic to say that least, well technically, the world can be free of all those problems however, there will be no humans after that.
As far as hackers? they're just criminals in the web though. Hiding from behind their keyboard and make criminal acts, but they can be caught, it's going to be difficult by they can be stop.

The earth is just the temporary for people to stay in , because this world is the playground of all mankind , where there are war between people and countries , and also war between the opposite religion. People are absolutely cruel to each and everyone in this planet , the freedom that people wants can only achieve when they die , there they can rest peacefully without any war and cruelty.
