He should be removed from DT until a time that it can be confirmed that the original Wardrick is still in control of the account. He left several negative trust reports on people's profiles. It needs to be determined if they were left by the real Wardrick or an imposter.
Yes, if the account is not controlled by original owner then he should be removed from DT, because previous/real owner was granted this place and it should not be transfered to new owner
We have no idea who the new owner is/was so if it's proven that it isn't/wasn't the real Wardrick then all of the NT he left upon returning must be removed & he must be removed from DT.
