Hello guys long time not see, my wallet was got hacked. All my token was stolen to the hacker wallet
i dont know why but can i still secure it? i hope you guys can help me. Thanks you
and for hacker i hope you have some beautiful children that die from cancer
Next time you should learn to secure your coin well, make sure you secure your private key well and make sure you store your coins in a wallet that’s completely offline, where there is no internet connection. The coin which you said you just lost, you should just forget about it because it’s gone already, just focus on next thing to do, how you will recover back from the lost.

Too sad that many wallet are still being hacked despite of the warning in this market, hackers will find its way to hack you so as much as possible you protect your own wallet at all cost and use the best security for it. Hackers will not leave your wallet alone, and as long as there's a transactions coming into that wallet they can still get the money so better not to use it anymore. Learn from this lesson, avoid sharing private information and don't ever click or download a file from any unknown source.

There’s no way to recover that wallet and its not worth it anymore because that wallet is already exposed to hacker, all you can do is to accept it and move on. You probably need to review the security of you pc and other wallet, because it might be affected as well. Seriously, there’s no need to wish that situation to hacker because Karma will find its way to that hacker and make him pay at any way.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your assets because your wallet was hacked by irresponsible people.
Oh yeah what did you do before your wallet was hacked? did you link or something else so hackers could access your wallet? if you don't mind, you can tell it so that it becomes a lesson for those who don't know.
You have already lost it, so you should change your wallet instead of trying to get it back, because it is almost impossible to get it back.

Sorry, you've lost it forever. Transactions in cryptocurrency wallets are irreversible and that's why if somebody hacks it, it's gone and you can't retrieve it anymore unless the hacker sends you back the wallet or the FBI arrests the hackers and finds the hacked funds in their wallets so they can release it back to their victims. Can you remember the activities that you've done prior to the hacking of your wallet? Because if you can remember what you've done, you can trace back that it's the reason for your being hacked. Did you enter some airdrops or wallet giveaways that have asked you to enter your private keys and seeds? Because if you do then you've been a victim of phishing forms that have been hidden in the form of airdrops and this is a common style of those hackers. So, think of where you've fallen and from there maybe you can have an idea that they're the cons.

Not anymore, if hackers got access to your private keys or the wallet itself through a smart contract or a website, they get access to all your tokens. There is no way to get them back. Thousands of crypto users are exposed to such attacks every year. Not all people are immediately concerned about their crypto security, having a hardware wallet or a transit wallet to connect to various sites. For some reason, they start to think about it only after they have lost their funds. It is unlikely that someone will help you get back stolen tokens, but they can help you not to lose tokens in the future.

Topics like this are the reason why instead of developers making things more complex and get people to lose money due to bugs, they should stop and make crypto much more secure.

If you have been around for 5+ years then you are probably on top of security. But how do you expect adoption from the retail market and from newcomers when its this simple to lose money. Look how many emails we all get a day about "Your Metamask is compromised" and many people click the link and get their crypto stolen. Or people who get fake emails from Coinbase saying that their account needs to be verified, they click the phishing link and get everything stolen. Security should be top priority right now if we want crypto to be more mainstream.

Most the blockchain doesn’t have replay feature to return your funds. All tokens that leave on your wallet and went to different that you don’t possess is consider already as loss. The only way to recover is to track where your funds go and hope that the hacker will use centralized exchange to send your tokens so that you can track the scammer identity.

for hacker i hope you have some beautiful children that die from cancer

You should not curse children because the hacker did this to you and not his child. His child has nothing to do with his father sin. Also you are partly in mistake here for not securing your funds properly.

If hacker has the ability to access your wallet and that means hacker owned your privatekey. That means hacker can do the same thing as you do. That's it. There's no way to secure your wallet. The best way for you to create a new wallet again. That will help you to avoid hacker. Just let it go. Your wallet will never be back again. I do know if you are feeling so sad caused by hacker was drained all of your money but we can do nothing to save your wallet

Why don't you just write it in the comments if your address is in the blockchain explorer? You can hope the hacker will see that once he will be accessing your wallet again.
Are you often using your wallet to participate in airdrop?

I think the only help most (if not all) of us here can give you is tips and advice with regards to how to manage your wallet (and whatever you store it in) to avoid being hacked. I'd advise having a laptop you'd only ever use for transactions and whatnot so as to avoid instances like this, where even if you do get hacked, it'd only affect your regularly used system which you don't let your wallet access. You can try maybe asking for exchanges to blacklist said wallet so related coins to it wouldn't or can't get sold (idk if they'd accept it or not though).

The only person who can probably help you ever really is the person who hacked your wallet themselves.

Now there is nothing you can do to get the money back on that wallet. Be more vigilant and especially this period I see there are many airdrop programs, so it is easy to be attacked if you often use metamask to participate in spam programs to get airdrops.
I would still like to reiterate that this is not a big deal, but it is dangerous for novice traders, so do your due diligence before deciding what to do.

You are not the first victim here. Now you need to get rid of that wallet, don't use the metamask to connect to poor quality sites, and also projects that have airdrop programs. Add your own extra wallets, and use them for activities that you suspect may be risky.
Hope you feel good again soon after this, best of luck to you.

No. Once compromised, it means the hacker knows your wallet's private key or seed phrase, and there is no way you can secure it. There are no sane and safe reasons you should reuse the same compromised key. Not to mention, all the tokens are stolen!

So what do you actually mean to secure it? what is the reason you want to do that? If you don't even know why, I suggest you should create a new wallet and make sure the device you use to generate the wallet is also not compromised, that is the better option.

What you're looking for in this matter? do you want to looking a way to reverse the transaction and you can claim back your coins or you're looking a way to secure your wallet?

Altcoins are mostly centralized, so it's possible the developer can reverse the transaction back into your wallet, but most likely they will not do it since they will blame it's your own fault. Did you use web wallet? it's better to avoid to use the same device where you installed your wallet, just buy a hardware wallet or create your own cold storage.

Don’t keep large amount of crypto on any hot wallet or exchange.

Get a hardware wallet and keep the seed somewhere safe offline. If you don’t want to get a hardware wallet then you can use MyEtherWallet offline or Electrum if you want to store Bitcoin.

All you will need is a USB key and an old computer that you never use any more. Search this forum for more info and help.

Don't worry you are not alone with this experience as a good number of those in the world/market of cryptocurrency got hacked under different circumstances...and that includes me, of course. I lost a lot of coins/tokens before with phishing using Slack as I was then so innocent at that time not yet aware of how the mechanism of phishing is working to victimize people. Now, on your wallet, I think there is no reason why you would want it back as it is already compromised and there is nothing really you can do to secure it. Just make another wallet as this can easily be done these days and we already have tons of options what wallet to pursue.

That's very sad to hear, but there's nothing you can do if all your tokens have moved to the hacker's wallet. Therefore it is very important for us to be able to maintain the confidentiality of the private keys and the devices we use so that hacking cases like this do not happen again.

What you can do is let it go and I'm sorry to have to say that, unless you are also a person who has the skills to hack but since you asked about it, my guess is that you don't have that kind of skill. Expecting bad things to happen to the person who stole your coins makes you as bad as the hacker.
You must be careful with your assets, never store large funds in an exchange or wallet where you do not have access to the Private Key and also store your PK in a safe place, try not to store it in online storage such as Google Drive and others.

If hacker has access to your wallet, it can be because of some reasons and most likely that hacker has access to your mnemonic seed then private key. He already co-owns your wallet with you.

From above, you must abandon that wallet and must create a new wallet to use.

However, before doing this (creating a new wallet), you must wipe your computer operating system, buy and install a good Antivirus or Internet security software and must change your behavior on Internet.

If you don't do above steps and just create a new wallet on an infected computer, hacker will steal your cryptocurrency again.
