No, we cannot. First of all, cryptocurrency is not any kind of a bubble. Secondly, even the smallest altcoins are not going to give up. Just remember the number of people that are holding these coins!

I think you can say so. One Bitcoin cycle ended it started in 2015 and went till end of 2017 so like 3 years. A very long cycle. Longest. UI was lucky to monitor Bitcoin thru all this cycle and I am already anxious to see next one. What is a mystery is when it will start. It can tomorrow or next month or next year.

This is not the end of the bubble, it's a normal correction of the market after a rapid growth. I think for some time we will observe such low prices for coins, but after a while we will see growth. 
If Sharks do not pour more capital in market, I think maybe it will really become a bubble market. But anyway, I still believe in the future of the crypto market, trust will create power
