Can you recommend a web wallet other than blockchain.info for bitcoin primarily and with no kyc (no id). Thanks in advance

There is a new option now:
Proton wallet.

https://proton.me/wallet

Open source, and proton is a privacy oriented company.

Better than blockchain.com imo.
It seems they are from Proton Mail team so assuming privacy will be the main priority for them in the service. However I am not sure why would anyone is going to use a web wallet. When someone is creating a none custodial wallet they are going to keep their seed safe. Here if I am not wrong then you are going to keep your login credentials safe with your seed. Additional hassle.

The only usefulness I can see is the feature to buy bitcoin instantly in their platform.

I really don't see helpfulness of sending bitcoin to other people via email addresses.

Well, semantics.

It is easier to remember orctradism@proton than bc1p7833bss....

Specially for recurrent payments. I guess it will also generate a new address to avoid address reuse (as it is a privacy oriented company and wallet)

Very interesting wallet imo.

You have the seed and you can also send btc to other proton users just with their email address. I haven't tested yet as I am not a Visionary
They claim that users will own the private keys, seeds that is good as their Proton wallet is non custodial.

But I really don't see the point of sending bitcoin to other people through email addresses. Is it good for privacy? Is it better than sending bitcoin others through Bitcoin addresses. People are free to use change addresses or even create new wallets then get a new address to use for each trade with a new trade partner.

Oh wow, from a reputable company.

But it appears it's not fully open to public yet so they just enter me to waitlist when I logged in. We could skip this in two ways apparently.

Invites from active users of Proton Wallet will allow you to skip this waiting list.

You can also support us and get immediate access by upgrading to Proton Visionary, our most premium plan with paid features in all Proton products.

By active users, IDK if they meant active users on their platform regardless of account tier or just active in some subscriptions like what they tell here:
Proton Visionary and Lifetime users have limited invites to share with anybody they want.

Invited users will also receive a smaller number of invites, as the ability to invite some friends makes Proton Wallet more useful.

All proton visionary users can invite 10 people. NotATether shared a screenshot.

Very interesting wallet imo.

I haven't extensively checked the wallet, but I am seeing a sign-up window to create a proton account. With all this, do they still offer an option for one to back up their and later import wallet seeds, making it a self-custodial web wallet?

Apparently, yes!
Each wallet has a recovery seed phrase that’s only known to you (Proton never sees it). Even if Proton were to entirely disappear someday, you would still have access to the Bitcoin in your Proton wallet with your recovery phrase.

Along with that it's a closed source wallet for years but still most people and even Google assumes its open sourced wallet that itself a red flag and probable cause for not using it. And anyway why someone needs web wallet when they can simply install non custodial wallet such as electrum for Android and blue wallet for IOS.
The problem with Google search results is that they also contain old information and articles about a service. Apparently some of the wallets start off as "open source" only for them to close their source code afterward. A good example is trust wallet. Back in the day, before they even got acquired by binance, there is talk that they were open source. So if a user just bases off Google search, they will easily be confused into thinking that the wallet is open source, yet it's not.

both are 1a We Wallets
I don't know about the other wallet but for Guarda.com. Users should use it with caution. They offer a backup downloads of a text file containing your encrypt private keys. There is no option to back up seeds. You can only use that text file on Guarda as far as I know. Should Guard disappear, your downloaded back-up is useless and might not access your funds forever.

Importing to another wallet is also a pain. You have to import individual private keys of different coins.

One more wallet which supports traditional seed phrases is available on https://app.silentium.dev

Silentium wallet offers a unique solution for keeping your addresses secret from everyone except those sending you transactions. By pressing the "Receive" button, you get a silent address (which looks like this: sp1qqgk4g47pvtmrcxjdz7gx0q6hsj99q768vyft8tfdf2sphaf29v0e6q6u40zeld8zvrcluqtkhah 7pkvy0uja0clh778n4zxcnfe6y57tj5gs8yf9). You can publish this address, and any other Silentium wallet user can send bitcoins to it. The sender enters the recipient's silent address into their Silentium wallet, which then converts it into a Taproot address derived from the recipient's seed phrase. The wallet’s choice of the specific Taproot address for the recipient also depends on the sender's address, preventing two different senders from sending transactions to the same Taproot address of the recipient. Each time the same silent address is used, a new unique P2TR address for the recipient is generated.

As a result, if I publish my address, no one can see when and how many bitcoins I received. This address does not appear in the blockchain, and all transactions sent to it actually go to other addresses.

app.mutinywallet.com
localcoinswap.com/my-wallet
app.joy.id

The first two wallets are better because they give you a seed phrase for recovery. The third one uses its own recovery format, so you have to rely on their server.

In fairness to them when I've contacted the support when I was still using it on my beginning years, they're responding to me and that's during the blockchain.info days domain but now, they've become blockchain.com. I have no idea if that's still the same as today but when you've said that there's no support that answers the queries of their users, maybe that's how they are right now.
It also depends on how complex the questions are. IIRC even during .info days they did have a poor support reputation (this ranged from slow response to canned answers) here and on reddit but I wouldn't say the threads I've seen were mostly simple queries.
I guess so, since the problem that I've got before were too simple and I even found an answer on their FAQ.

I think the most important part here is that you don't own the keys there. They will provide you mnemonic words but that's just for the account and not your fund as is you actually own and hold it.
On their private key wallets (note: they call this defi wallet now lol), they actually give the keys. The "backup phrase" or the seed can be used to import on electrum and spend UTXOs. But it's worth noting that you'd have an encrypted wallet file on blockchain.com's end.
So that means that they literally have given that private key/back up phrase to their users. But knowing as you've said that they'll have a file or copy of it whether it is encrypted, that's still kind of sus IMO.

I tend to agree, I'd rather prefer to use a trusted software wallet than a web wallet like blockchain.info.
There are a lot of complaints against them like losing their fund, blocking or freezing their accounts, the worst case, there's no customer support to answer your queries once there's a problem.

Straight forward to the software wallet Electrum, you have full control over your keys.  It's completely no KYC.
100%.
Liteweight and much better than a web wallet such as blockchain.com. Recommended by the majority on this community.

If you are looking for web wallets, you have blockchain.info and trustwallet.com
Trustwallet only supports the mobile version and browser extension, it isn't a web category.

Basically the web wallet service is very limited, technically this wallet isn't recommended at all and there aren't many fans as it can't be integrated into the dapps ecosystem in a practical way.

Can you recommend a web wallet other than blockchain.info for bitcoin primarily and with no kyc (no id). Thanks in advance
If you are looking for web wallets, you have blockchain.info and trustwallet.com but I strongly suggest you to do not use them. Still if you decide to use them, at least generate an address and import, don't rely on the address that they generate because you have 0 access to keys.
To be fair, the blockchain.info wallet is annoying, you need to verify email every time you try to log in. It's good for security but it's not comfortable. For safety reasons, I suggest you use electrum wallet. I know it doesn't have the best UI/UX design but it's the best choice in terms of safety.

Perhaps try coin.space?

Though I wonder why a web wallet?
Since it's just choice, then why not choose something noncustodial and open source. coin.space has both of these features. It also has software versions of the wallet and it's supports multiple cryptocurrencies.
