Yes you can.

But you horse might get scared by the cars and you don't want to fall from your horse in the middle of a street with vehicles with some decent speed

Over in the UK the common practice is for people to slow down and keep their revs low.


Plus with the economy the way it is there isn't to much horsepower around... Grin

Depends on where you live but commonsense would tell you to stay off the autobahn unless your horse has wheels and plenty of koolade in the tank

I feel like you oughta be able to, is there any laws against this?
In France (and maybe in all EU) you can on all roads, expected "automobiles only" hight speed roads (110 & 130kph)
