This is the first time i see an hero member saying that the stake message isnt need at all,as zazar said without it if something happens to your account you wont be able to recover it,soo maybe a good moment to stake one adress and then request for loans....

I didn't said that is is unnecessary, i am just keeping my bitcoins in online exchanges

You need to provide a valid collateral for this loan if you want it to be fulfilled.

Can you signed a message from an address posted 3+ months ago?

I do not know how to sign a message from bitcoin adresses but as you can see, these adresses are mine and they're active.
This thread explains how to sign a message: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-sign-a-message-990345

I guess, can not do this for the adresses of the exchanges

You need to address the question as to what your collateral will be.

As well, it would be useful to know the following:

How do you plan to repay the loan?
What do you need the loan for?
