Extremely well written. TL;DR for Legends crew - In a space that is unregulated and operates exclusively off of reputation and trust, the worst thing you can do is put a bad foot forward and come off as though you lack integrity. You have an opportunity to prove you are willing to do the right thing, increase transparency for your investors, and receive a pass from some of us in return. The largest mistake you can make is to double down, deflect blame, or otherwise try to bury the situation. That will absolutely seal your fate in this community, where the former will simply let you take your licks and show you have what it takes to survive adversity. That will prove to everyone here you have the right stuff to survive the challenges you will encounter along the way.Let's expolore that trust thingy you alluded to in re the maestro of The Legends Room, Peter Klamka, shall we?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=42153375CEHC is a scam. The CEO Peter Klamka has a sorted history of scamming and leaving investors as bag holders. The company is flat broke with no revenues, law suits and HUGE debt. 200 grand of it is growing at 24% and now the CEO wants us to believe that hiss 99 cent iphone App is going to make investors rich.
Promotion of this company is irresponsible. The CEO pays himself through another company he owns that has those special shares. It sells on spikes and then buys back in to wait for the next spike.
There is more, go to the Cephas Holding board and you will see. Do some DD on Google for Legend Mobile and Peter Klamka and you will see his sorted history.
PB says FY FW.
Kevin Hobbs must not have access to the Internet up there in Canada or else he could've easily found the above, then he wouldn't have attached his venerable brand to The Legends Room; OR, Kevin was fully aware who Peter Klamka was and opted to partner up with him regardless. Kevin has one chance, and chance only to claim it's the former, else his name is gonna be run through the mud wrestling pit, and rest assured, thanks to my Google-fu prowess that dominates Team LR's face, he won't come out smelling like Chanel N°5.
Full Disclosure: I'm not a lawyer like guybouchard, thus not versed in presented evidence like -
http://www.techtimes.com/articles/72159/20150727/scam-accusations-knock-down-mike-tyson-branded-bitcoin-atm.htm - so I guess it's quite possible that counter to the evidence I've presented depicting The Legends Room a scam, an astute lawyer like guybouchard could very well invest $5,000 of his own money so to eventually have a sixty-year-old woman give him a lap dance thanks, in whole, to his intepretation of the exact same evidence above and below:

Only quoted the mundane part (relatively speaking) because Fedor looks like Fodor as in Leroy Fodor, cryptocurrency's number one serial liar, right up there with Craig Steven Wright, Josh Zerlan, Joshua Zipkin, Homero Joshua "Josh" Garza and Marshall Long.

As previously reported, Gables was first cited for contempt of court on March 4, 2011 by Michigan district judge Jeanne Stempien.
I bet anybody a Hungarian blowjob that guybouchard knows Peter's brother, Richard Klamka.
http://www.coindesk.com/mike-tyson-bitcoin-atm-hit-with-scam-accusations/The reason why the company has no online presence, Klamka said, was due to the fact it had been set up purely for "celebrity bitcoin licensing" opportunities. He pointed to various celebrity deals he had made in the past, including a KISS-branded visa card and a Hello Kitty pre-paid debit and credit card. The Tyson ATM, he said, would be the ex-champion's "George Foreman grill".
Just yesterday I had to traverse pass hundreds of Tyson ATMs with thousands waiting in line so to purchase a George Foreman grill at Walmart that were being discontinued due to lack of interest.

No wonder Peter et al. has such a hard-on for Leroy Fodor.
http://www.starnewsonline.com/news/20050316/man-denies-allegations-over-beauty-pageantA New York businessman being sued by a former Miss North Carolina over payment for her stint as a Miss World contestant on Tuesday disputed allegations in the lawsuit.
Peter Klamka said he was an investor in Miss World Holdings Inc. and served as a consultant but had nothing to do with the beauty contest. He also said he hasn’t seen the lawsuit filed in Robeson County Superior Court.
The suit is against Mr. Klamka, Miss World Holdings Inc. and Legend Mobile Inc., which Mr. Nakell said had been called PTN Media Inc. Mr. Klamka owns Legend Mobile, which he said owns radio stations and cell phone operations and operates an investment fund.
