Am I the only one who randomly received CANDY Erc 20 tokens?

Can’t find any other info about this token

Me too. Received over 40k and never heard of this before.
Received the coins from this address: https://etherscan.io/token/0xf2eab3a2034d3f6b63734d2e08262040e3ff7b48?a=0x21d80914081aedb32a0e9a369b4385a400ef4e42
ME TOO!!!!
From the same address I recieved 400,000.00 from the same address  0x21d80914081aedb32a0e9a369b4385a400ef4e42

But is it a scam?? Could they stole my ethers in my wallet??

Wow 400K!  I received another 48k to my ledger nano. I don't know too much about candy so I'm not moving them or doing anything until there is more info on this.

The only semi reliable information I found was from a reddit post at https://www.reddit.com/r/MyEtherWallet/comments/7towx4/candy_token_value_and_cash_out/

Bummed out that I didn't receive any free candy.

I believe that if you use SMS for 2-FA, then they can somehow use your phone number to approve sending cryptos to their own public key address. When you go to their website and click on something they will install the necessary malware/keylogger on your computer. Then when you log into an exchange you are going through them even though you see your correct balances in your exchange account. If you keep whatever you have on that exchange after you log out, then that's when they strike, assuming that you have amassed enough money there for them to act. If you don't have enough, then they'll wait till you do. I am basing the above from recollection of a hack that was published on the Internet. I'm sorry I can't find the exact link but don't give out your phone number for something as fishy as this. Always use Google Authenticator or Autry for 2-FA.

You can also Google "This is how you can protect your cryptocurrencies from hackers"
I couldn't post this CNBC link b/c this website will block the link saying it's a suspicious link. How stupid is that? Dumb AI.

everytime a project asks for phone number, i always use free internet number (i.e. from textnow), that way i don't have to give my personal number.

What concerns me is lack of any information about the team behind this platform, any data about where is located etc. Just like only building a huge base of mobile numbers of people engaged in crypto. But I am probably just paranoid  Smiley

I really hope no one is silly enough to actually give them your phone number...   complete garbage.
What is the risk of giving phone number in such site?
What bad things may happen?

* Not enough information about the project.
* It's not fair to register with phone number and give personal information unknown people.
* If you are not doing your project good enough, I will not share any info with you.
* Who are in the team?
* What company or person/people supports this project?
* Whitepaper?
* Roadmap?
* How can we trust you?
* You can add all bad possibilities here.
* They say ""Number of Candy.ONE users has surpassed 2 million just now!"".  How they will give all of you  millions of free tokens???
* This guy ("rafeyip") opened this topic and he/she have never active from 2013 to Jun 18, 2018 . Huh
* Many questions.. It gives a big question mark as scam.
* ? + ? + ? You can add more question marks
