i never really knew... averages?as long as it is mining away good and your HW errors stay under 1-2% of your accepted shares you are all good
Yes thats it. The third is a running average over your shares. I realized this because when the last number is still 0 you have no shares yet.

yes, as long as your GPU is not present in bfgminer then you can use it else where like guiminer. or you can just create another startmine2.bat file with a command line for your gpu worker..... depending what your mining i think.... i ahve never mined anything else though

yes, if I wish to operate my GPU as I had before with GUIminer can I? I may migrate complete to BFG I like it so far, but just theoretically, can I run two miners like that?
Also: Can I use this simulateneously with other miners for my existing workers on the same machine, like cgminer or what I originally used as a total n00b was GUIminer which I liked actually for GPU
uou can run as many instances as you want i think, i had 8 anker 10 port hubs set up, i would turn one on.... open bfgimer and then do this all over again for each hub..... as each then had there own worker and bfgminer window.
so to answer your questions, i think, yes you can run bfgiminer and then cgminer for your gpu alt coin mining

yes it is also mining with your CPU, if you want to change the config to just work with the one erupter we need to change the s all to something else
s all tells it to use all devices..... although on my computer it doesn't use my gpu..... or my friends actually

or if you have a cgminer config for your GPU just run that then start the bfgminer, cause the GPU is already in use else where it won't be found on bfg

I have a feeling this is indicating I am running my GPU at the same time through the same worker1? Is that possible?
I was using worker1 prior to this for a video card getting only 9.4 MH/s...i intended to set up the ASIC miner on worker 3 but things got confusing as I grew frustrated not getting my usb to work. Do you ever get the feeling you wanna start over all your configs as you learn more tricks?

i can help you set it up on bfgminer i found it much easier to use..... i could never get the whole zadig thing to work for cgimner

driver called CP210xVCPInstaller_x64.exe is installed, at least I hope. Perhaps will reinstall. I'll try bfgminer and will get back to you thank you
On Windows 7, when you check Control Panel > Devices and Printers > what does your Erupter show up as?
Maybe this doesn't apply anymore, but have you tried cgminer-nogpu.exe instead of cgminer.exe? I don't know what version of cgminer you are using. I'm still on 3.1.1.
Also, are you trying to mine with a mish-mash of devices in the same instance of cgminer? I ran into a problem when I tried to run an Erupter and a Lancelot FPGA with the same instance of 3.1.1, but they ran fine when I called them up in two separate instances.
I did get it running but I am a new, still am overcome with fascination and joy for mining and the bitcoin itself, so nevertheless appreciate all tips, will try various configs and any suggestions, will probably lose my girlfriend, etc.
