lol, just because you are going to post a reply without a certain time, for newbie you have a limit to posts every 6 minutes, to avoid to spam at the forum, I suggest to not to posts a couple of post within 6 minutes to avoid that message again, and to avoid to be warned by our admins by spamming in forum, try to post/reply within a 15-20 minutes to be sure that you are not spamming our forum.

Things will get easier when you get your Activity to 30. This means you should be registered for 4 weeks and have at least 30 messages posted

It looks like the number of post is decreasing over time?! Or are they deleted sometimes (certain number of days after posting)?

360 sec means 6 minutes before you can reply to another post ,  the admin/moderators are very protective because many new users/account are used for spamming. Just be patient.

<15 post each post 6 minutes = 360s
<15 post, it will be 1 minute
I do not know yet but I think it is correct. I think the admins of the forum have come up with ways to combat this kind of spam in the forum

It is meant to prevent spamming by new accounts, after a 2 or 3 weeks of activity you will be able to post more frequently. Unfortunately people were abusing the forums for personal gain, so the staff have to put these restrictions in place.

You can only post once per 360 seconds if you have a new account. If I remember correctly, this persists until you have 15 activity.
