OK, cool, good to know the "non-smallest" roll does come up. I've yet to experience the thrill but only been at it a week
Since I started using the site ~ 4 weeks ago, I have rolled something that wasn't the smallest result only twice.
I got the second smallest and the third smallest results.
I generally roll ~ 12 or 13 times a day.

Good point. I have auto-withdraw enabled as well. Not sure what happens if that box isn't clicked?
I think it'll simply carry on your earnings over to the next week... So on and so on until you click it.
In that case sounds like it should be enabled as default. Who doesn't want to get paid?

Yeah, I got paid last night - 0.00010599 - something must have gone wrong with your account or address? Best ask them.

It'll take a week at least. Freebitco.in only sends out payments once a week. (sunday evenings, I think.)
I haven't had a problem making the payout threshold before the cutoff, as long as I don't try to gamble. ;-)

i have exactly same problem today
Yesterday = no problems and today when i use faucet rotator a big number of faucet have not captcha
so it's not problem with our computer or settings
it's the websites who have bug i suppose
