4$ for 1000 captcha? this is really strange. I know about lots of captcha entry sites. but they don't even pay 1$ for 1000 captchas. and for smart captcha they pay only 1.5$ per 100 entry. what is your service? send me details. I am interested to try this.. I don't have vpn but I can manage one.

Damn I thought I need to actually make the recaptcha thing not just to solve them 
it's ticketmaster site and loads entire page with ads and lots of content and asks you to solve to fight the bots. lol every time you do it you get only $0.01. for me I tried and every solving

And its a One recaptcha instance which can have more then 9 too. But counted as One recpatcha.
I dont think its gonna work. The Peerchecker Captcha Service does not allow you to change the BTC address. So even if you sell the account, The payment will be send to the Seller BTC and not the buyer. I think the better option for this is to rent out your account. But first check with the service, if its allowed or not.
