why is cryptorush starting to look dodgy?

Because of the black coin fiasco it just had. The details are sketchy but something went badly wrong. Some people are claiming they were hacked through a black coin POS bug, and others say they just had massive problems because of a DDOS attack.

Neither one of those are true. The root issue is with the software that CR uses. It was a known problem that happens with POS coins. It happened before with two coins (can't recall which ones, but read the thread that I posted the link to), then it happened with Zeitcoin, and then Blackcoin. In every instance, the CR team immediately blamed the coin devs and said they (CR) were not responsible for refunding those who lost coins. The Zeit thing basically got swept under the rug because it is a relatively new coin that is still low valued. But when it happened to Blackcoin, shit hit the fan! Read the pastebins of the chat sessions between the CR team and the Blackcoin dev. It will blow your mind!

I will say it again. DO NOT TRY TO GET US LISTED ON THIS EXCHANGE!!!

Get all the information you need on Cryptorush here:

Very, very much a crappy exchange which has caused a lot of damage to both Blackcoin and Zeitcoin due to their incompetence. Please, for the love of all that is worth loving, do not pursue efforts to get us listed on that exchange!

Does anyone fancy spearheading some exchange campaigns? I am going to look into providing a site putting buyers and sellers in contact with one another. Anyone doing that can pm anything needing to go on twitter

More good news this morning - have finally managed to get in touch with the hashrapid pool admin. Have sent him several messages suggesting possible steps he can take to help even the mining power out between the pools. I also asked the BCT admin to redirect the old thread to here, and we have also done a lot of work on SEO of our sites over the past few days. Hopefully this should all mean we dont have to deal with network issues for much longer.

Here is the *link to the* google earth image of Lomer Farm in Hampshire, although it has not updated to show the saplings yet!

http://carbon-co.in/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Hampshire-location.jpg

So we can now start to raise funds for the remaining 12,000 trees on this site. We have until end of July to order the saplings!

Wyoming site to follow.

Thank you all. If anyone can focus on hunting down and engaging the hashrapid pool admin to get them to stop screwing our blockchain that would be really useful. I have had to do that all afternoon when I could have been doing many more useful things. The line is he needs to up his fees sharply until the network is balanced, and heck maybe even donate some to to the cause?

I need to concentrate on updating all of the sites with new information so that we can then go after some proper publicity.

Here are the addresses of the two sites:

Lomer Farm, Warnford, Hampshire. (This is where the first saplings have been planted, where the photos were taken)

and

Sand Creek Ranch, Laramie, Wyoming.

I have screenshots from google earth which I will put here when they are uploaded onto the websites in a little.

First true "green" coin i've seen so far! might as well mine some coins to send! Smiley

Please don't mine on the hashrapid pool they have been over half the network pretty much since the beginning and have done nothing to stop it.

Only orphaned coins today on the official pool.  Looks like hash-rapid has too much hashpower.

There are like 5 people on that pool each individually with >5% of the network. Why are they not mining solo? Completely beggars belief.
