If people have special skills related to Metaverse, they can use them and sell them on Metaverse as a bridge between real-life and virtual life. The opportunities will wide openly on Metaverse. The following Metaverse of the world would be wearing a glasses and go out on the town to shop virtually. Isn't that crazy? There is a huge section of buyers in the market who like to see the items they will buy before they settle on a choice. I would see that for test vehicle drive, in Real Estate business, Architects and obviously having extraordinary opportunities for Artist and Graphic Designers. It's cool to experience, however we have long stroll to go.

It's like actually living in real life. About the real estate agent, everyone can be on it and I think if I see an opportunity like that in the metaverse, I would like to try and experience it. If the cut and commission would be justifiable, that's another good source of income everytime you get a sale of what virtual land or any virtual asset that you're working as an agent. Sounds fun and cool if you get to tell your peers that you've landed another job as a "meta realtor".

The graphic designer part is obvious of course, everyone knows that you need to have some sort of designer to do all of those arts, we should also not forget the coders in that same situation as well. Sure you need the art to be done by a designer but you need a coder to put that into blockchain and create a collection for you as well. Real Estate agent doesn't seem like a required career, I mean some websites like opensea where people can sell their stuff looks like a good enough job, no need to really put that into a career.

If anyone buys some land somewhere, put it on sale at opensea and wait for people to sell it. What real estate agent could do as extra would be to find a better price for you at the very best, but that is useless since everything is overvalued right now. Architect on the other hand is a bit weird dilemma, it would be good, but it is really required as well? Not really sure.

Not unless they upgraded their skill into 3d modelling or animating. I believe if I use by the term of graphic designer, the ability they have about the career opportunity is not bigger than 3d artist or modelling. It's surely metaverse is built within 3d world, so to specifically have a skill or ability of 3D designing is a must if they want to be creators on metaverse.

Ok, I think there will be a lot of freelancers in the metaverse world, but I still don't understand how the metaverse can make the internet world like the real world, it seems we will still need a doctor if we are sick, need a house and food to be able to fill the energy of each of our lives in the metaverse , I really want to know more about the progress of the metaverse in the future.

Most of the projects on metaverse could just be overhyped. But it's more painful to be left behind the shores of investment due to FOMO. Digital plots of land and real estate sounds interesting but definitely influencers would try so hard to manipulate the market but no one would like to be left behind in this time of Artificial intelligence innovation

Don’t really know, but I think the people that are more likely to be in a high demand are the Artists and Graphic designers or developers, because these people are the ones who would be in charge of developing the Metaverse universe. As for the Architects and Real Estate Agents that you have mentioned, I am not sure about this one, because I’m quite skeptical on anyone buying house in the metaverse.

Of course anything can be possible, but if you come to think of it – why exactly would anyone be ready splash huge amounts to buy a virtual house, something that is not real at all. Imagine having fake seats in your parlor, and a fake kitchen that you can’t use for anything at all. So, if anyone would be interested in all that, it is the rich who has money to splash on unnecessary things, yes I know there are plenty of them. But, an average person wouldn’t. One career opportunity I personally feel is going to boom in the metaverse is Game Developers.

Are we ever going to see real metaverse is action? Cos all I'm seeing still are future development no single one is ready for use so we are just living on mare hypes only this is why I believe that metaverse is still a high risk investment, things can go real bad if hype goes away

Don't be offended by my question. just the way NFT sales were rigged by group of influncers buying as high as $25M for something that looks like a Jpeg to me. so If I buy land for $20K on Metaverse, who is going to buy it from me at say $100k and for what purpose? These are many of my thoughts.

You may forget about composer. Metaverse will need composer to design music for the metaverse to make the virtual world will not be so boring without it. Remember when metaverse was also implementing battle with environtment and this will make composer will have a very important part to create music that will be suitable to be used as background song or any other thing related to the music on metaverse.
I think that this must be listed in career opportunity in the metaverse. I have seen so many metaverse are also working with various composers for that to build a good music for their metaverse.

Digital plots and land are something on hyped. You can not know when you will be rekted if the trend goes away. It is risky. Metaverse are things for future and technically projects need to be developed more to reach to Metaverse.

Many projects are claiming to be or wanting to be Metaverse but will they succeed with their developments or it's just talk, promise and will vanish in the air in bear market.

I have been in market since 2017 and I can say, in bull market, you have many trends and many promising projects. After that in bear market, most of promising projects will die.

Metaverse trend is big with participation of Facebook but it does not mean all Metaverse projects will succeed. If they fail, land or plots in Metaverse does not worth anything.
